What are everyone’s thoughts on Denise and the threesome discussion with the kids in earshot? I see it a couple of ways.

First, Sami didn’t seem to care, and Denise conveniently leaves this out when anyone asks. I do understand Denise’s view, it wasn’t just her kids, her children’s friends were there, too, and also Eloise.

I also think the rest of the ladies went way overboard with it. They’re currently at Kyle’s lunch with most of their children, and nobody is talking trashy. They know how to turn it on and turn it off, which they should have done at Denise’s party. They know they were wrong, and instead of OWNING IT, they are turning it back around on Denise and beating her over the head with it ad nauseam. I don’t think Denise is saying they’re bad mothers, only that there’s a time and place for that kind of talk.

We know the truth about Aaron now, but I like that he stood up for her. And he had those women dead to rights, so much so that Rinna and Erika left the table.

And then there’s Rinna stirring the pot, as usual. Talking trashy with your girlfriends isn’t the same as talking trashy around children.

It also really pissed me off when Kyle kept calling Denise a ragamuffin. How childish and petty. There were times I really liked Kyle, and then I’d get reminded how awful she is when she says stuff like that.

I do think Denise is being overdramatic and deceitful about Sami saying something. She should have told them Sami thought it was funny, but it wasn’t just Sami overhearing things.

If this was AITA, I’d say ESH.

Such hypocrisy for Kyle to say that her friends could *never* date Mau, not even several years down the line, but she can’t see how much she hurt Dorit by taking PK’s side, and continuing to talk to PK. And not only *talking* to PK, but defaming Dorit and being gossipy about her. I think Kyle feels threatened by Dorit, and all of this was a backdoor way of tainting her in Mau’s eyes so he wouldn’t find her attractive. That might sound like a stretch, just a feeling I have.

It’s been almost three months, and while I miss it, I know I can’t go back. Today I dug in/ went through cabinets, deep cleaned some things that felt impossible up until recently. My house is nowhere near where I’d like it to be, but it’s not bad, I’m keeping up. Just have to get the inertia going, and the excitement is right behind it.
