Correct gender of all countries in the world according to German grammar
Some island nations (not visible here) have plural names in German too, e.g. die Seychellen, or die Marshallinseln. Vatican City is feminine. Kosovo can be both masculine and neuter.
Iran is colloquially also refered to as der Iran (m.) in German.
