I have the Jlab go pop+ ear buds..I had to go away for a night and I left my left earbud on my bed..I get back..go to listen to something...and i dont hear anything..thought it was dead so I charged them..then tried again and nothing still..I ha e to turn the volume allll the way up on my phone just to hear it at like a normal level..think it's a problem with my phone? Or the ear buds...the right ear bud works just fine..

So idk if it updated or not, I know roku was rolling out an update...wake up thos morning...remote won't fkin work..changed the batteries and all that jazz..it's a Roku Expreas 4K...if that makes a difference...anyone else having an issue?
