I had important session to record today so I installed ScreenRec software on my Windows 11 laptop. it worked great for 3 hours and then screen started flickering.

Not knowing what to do. I uninstalled ScreenRec and restarted laptop for more than 50 times but still I see faint screen of what I was recording and screen flickers. Now I am sure its not screen issue but uninstalled software still doing something which just don't quit after so many restarts.

Any hints could be great help.

I was recording my voice to make audio stories for some NGOs for blind children. I learned that some children may not like my voice because they like the stories but not my voice. I don't want to get discouraged and stop doing nobel work.

So I have subscribed to elevenlabs to get some stories in female or soft male voice.

I am very tight on budget so I can't afford to waste credits.

My relative was admitted into hospital as an emergency in the middle of the night and his family is not online payment friendly so I made a payment to the hospital using QR provided by the hospital as deposit. The person at the counter said payment will be credited in the morning. Now while discharge they said they have not received a payment and make a payment again. I was receiving continuous calls on Friday evening from a colleague with whom I worked for 6 long years and we became friends because we shared the same hobbies and interests.

We lost contact after I changed the employer but connected again when he found me via social media after 12 years.

He insisted that We must meet for dinner.

We met this Saturday. He seemed off but felt want to talk a lot. Finally he opened his mind.

He was sent to another country for the long assignment. He worked really hard and helped his company to gain 10mil $ business too. He was awarded a few times for getting business and success in the project.

Then one day without clear reason he was asked to return to home country. He protested but they forced. After returning he found his yearly raise has been put on hold. He was told that his review to other managers has been shared as an incapable person. He was getting shocked every other day by hearing the opinions about him which he never thought of. His promotion was halted with some false promises.

He is not getting lucky to get another job and last 7 months he feels his energy has been drained by unknown forces. He feels not to work. He feels his brain and mind have been switched off. He feels energetic when the weekend starts but Monday morning he starts sweating, uncomfortable, stressed and frequently angry at anyone without any reason. He is inconsistent, he keeps talking to people without any subject, people avoid him.

I was stunned to see a great person going through a lot. He is 48 years old.

What could be really happening with him. Is this a trauma?
