New Siri AI app in WatchOS 27 with iPhone media account USA but in Europe

Not sure if someone can help but i was able to unlock the new Siri AI same as it was done with Apple Inteligence using a USA Apple account for Media Purchases and also worked well for Ipad but seems my Apple Watch Ultra 3 didnt get the new Siri AI standalone App and when using Siri still on the old layout.
Is there a way to also workaround it in Apple Watch or it's tied to the carrier or if the main account needs to be USA as well and it doesn't really matter if the phone have the new Siri app or not?
Maybe is a really specific case but might try to see if someone found something because in the initial Apple Intelligence release everything worked well because at the time i think the Watch didn't had this difference in features to be noticeable like having a standalone app now.
