Small rant about lowes fulfillment and unfair treatment

I’ve been at Lowe’s a little under 3 months as of now. My store does this thing where new associates don’t get a vest until they are trained in their position. I am yet to receive mine regardless of having all required training done and I am by myself in the fulfillment department almost every single day. It doesn’t matter all that much to me as it’s just a vest but what pisses me off is that I’ve seen all newer associates (both those who went through orientation with me and after me) get a vest within a week of joining, some of which don’t have their training done. Not to mention, the management at my store treats fulfillment like shit, it’s almost as if we are a good chunk of the backbone in sales. I am constantly hounded and harassed for “not doing anything” when in reality I don’t get to take my 15 minute break on the days I work 4 hours. This isn’t my first job, I am 23. I have worked in pallet factories, construction, other retail and I have never experience the unfair treatment I have while at this specific store. Not to mention when I went to the store manager to talk about me moving and requesting a reference call made to the store where I’m moving to, he said “I don’t care that’s their problem if they want you or not”. One of the ASMs gave me lip when I told her I put 80 cinder blocks in the location SHE asked for and she they told me to pick them all back up and put them back on the shelf. People can say I’m soft all they want but I swear to god this isn’t even the half of it. Every other employee gets treated like a person while me and my coworkers (on the rare occasion they schedule any in my department) are treated like garbage. The poor soul training me had a mental breakdown and I had to comfort her on my first day. What a welcome.

Enjoy my outer wilds themed car I’ve nicknamed (Feldspar)

Had this idea ever since I got the car and saw the color as (lunar grey). So much love for this game I also have a tattoo of Timber Hearth. If anyone is in the 859, 270 or 606 area code, you’ll see it often!

Feeling very hot, sweaty, loss of vision and balance, etc. while high

As the title describes I had quite the time. Basically I got feeling very lightheaded, then hot and I’m sweating like crazy, I lost my vision and balance and blacked out for a second and fall against my counter (I’m good) and I also lost my hearing. What happened?

Can anyone tell me what is causing this noise?

Just a cheap player off amazon I got from a white elephant exchange. I’ve had it for a while and it’s had no issues until now.
