I am searching for good running shoes in terms of cushion support, stability and weight. I usually run 8-9k daily and my current shoes are getting uncomfortable.

And I reside in Delhi NCR so I can go and try.

Please advice :) Thanks :)

AIO, my husband’s relationship with his mother? Need perspective

My husband and I are recently married, and something has been bothering me that I can’t shake.

He consistently prioritizes his parents — especially his mother — over me. When there’s a disagreement or something goes wrong, he almost always takes their side. Yesterday, he tried to push me out of the room when I was arguing on this same thing. In his eyes, they can do no wrong. His mom in particular is framed as completely innocent and fragile.

During our wedding preparations, instead of being mentally present with me, he was constantly preoccupied with how his mother would come across at functions. He worried she’d look foolish, that his father doesn’t pay enough attention to her — and that he needed to step in and manage her. This caused a lot of fights between us during what should have been a happy time.

I’m not trying to villainize his parents. But it feels like I’m competing with his family of origin for a place in my own marriage.

Is this a red flag, or am I being too sensitive? Has anyone navigated something similar — especially in the early months of marriage?
