I Built a Fully Programmable 3D-Printed Macro Controller-HackMan3D Control Deck

Hi Makers!

3D files: https://www.crealitycloud.com/model-detail/hackman3d-control-deck-build-your-own-controller

I’m happy to introduce the HackMan3D Control Deck (HCD), a fully customizable 3D-printed macro controller for Windows and macOS.

It features 9 mechanical keys, with separate short-press and long-press actions, providing up to 18 programmable functions. You can launch applications, open files or websites, type predefined text, control media and volume, execute custom shortcuts, and more.

The downloadable files also include 52 ready-to-print custom keycaps and a blank, logo-free STEP file so you can design and share your own keys.

The HCD app provides multiple profiles, automatic device detection, key configuration, lighting controls, profile backup and sharing, and integrated firmware installation, no Arduino IDE required.

The project is free, and the public GitHub repository is linked in the project publications. It contains the source code, firmware, documentation, and the latest Windows and macOS app releases.

I’d love to see your builds, custom keycaps, feedback, and ideas!

K2 Plus Dual CFS Legs – Because one CFS wasn’t enough

Hi Makers!

https://www.crealitycloud.com/model-detail/hackman3d-k2-plus-dual-cfs-legs-modular-cfs-mount

After a lot of requests for a dual CFS setup on the K2 Plus, here it is!

I designed these new legs to hold 2 CFS side by side while keeping everything clean and compact above the printer.

They’re also fully compatible with my K2 Plus CFS Drawer Storage System and Modular Glass Riser, so you can mix everything depending on your setup.

The CFS units are secured with M4 screws, while the legs, braces and extensions are assembled with M3 screws + nuts.

More K2 Plus mods are already coming.

Hope you like it!
Happy printing!

K2 Plus CFS Drawer – I finally adapted my storage system for the K2 Plus!

Hi makers!

https://www.crealitycloud.com/model-detail/k2-plus-cfs-drawer-storage-system

After quite a few requests, I finally adapted my CFS Drawer Storage System from the K2 to the K2 Plus!

It adds two large drawers directly under the CFS, using that otherwise wasted space for tools, nozzles, spare parts, screws… or whatever you want to keep close to the printer.

It’s also fully compatible with my CFS Riser Legs, so you can combine both mods in the same setup.

As always, the model is available for free. If you print it, I’d love to see your setup! Feedback and support are always appreciated and help me keep designing new K2 Plus mods.

More K2 Plus stuff coming soon!

K2 Plus owners... I heard you !

Hi makers!

https://www.crealitycloud.com/user/5221417142/model-folder?id=6a6e104296c1c2d13f364190

After receiving a lot of requests to adapt my previous K2 accessories to the Creality K2 Plus, they're finally here!

I've just released three new free upgrades:

• Foldable Screen Cover
• CFS Raised Legs
• Modular Glass Riser

All three accessories are designed to work perfectly together as part of the same modular ecosystem, but each one can also be used independently.

The Glass Riser includes integrated ventilation, removable glass handles, and 1 mm adjustment shims to compensate for printer and filament tolerances. It is also fully compatible with the CFS Raised Legs.

This is just the beginning, I've already got plenty more K2 Plus accessories in development, so stay tuned!

As always, I'd love to hear your feedback and suggestions for future upgrades.

Happy printing!

Hackman3D LayerShot – Free layer-perfect timelapses for Klipper printers

Hi Makers!

https://www.crealitycloud.com/model-detail/hackman3d-layer-shot-esp32-c3-case

I've been working on a new project called Hackman3D LayerShot, a free tool that creates perfect layer-by-layer timelapses on Klipper printers using your smartphone.

The software is now available on GitHub, and everything is linked on the Creality Cloud page above, with a case adapted to this project.

Current features:

  • Perfect layer-synchronized timelapses
  • Automatic layer detection
  • Simple setup
  • Windows and MacOS support
  • Compatible with Klipper-based printers
  • Compatible with smartphone Camera App

I'm now looking for as much feedback as possible.

If you test it, let me know what works well, what could be improved, and if there are specific printers or Klipper setups you'd like me to support. If it's technically possible, I'll gladly add compatibility.

This project has taken a lot of time to develop, and my goal is to keep it free for everyone. If you enjoy it, the best way to help is by testing it, sharing feedback, reporting bugs, or simply telling other makers about it.

For those who want to support the project, I've also added a small Support button directly in the app. It's completely optional, but every contribution helps me continue improving LayerShot while keeping it free for the community.

Thanks for taking a look, and I hope you'll enjoy using LayerShot!

Calling all Creality K2 Plus owners – I need your help!

Hi everyone,

here is my collection for normal K2 :

https://www.crealitycloud.com/model-folder/5221417142?id=6a2291b5ebdbcb5710291d00&type=1

I'm looking for a few Creality K2 Plus owners who would be interested in helping me adapt my existing K2 accessories to the larger printer.

One of my main goals is to bring my Modular Glass Riser to the K2 Plus, but I'd also like to adapt many of my other designs and eventually build a complete K2 Plus collection.

The challenge is simple: I don't own a K2 Plus, so I need people who can print prototypes, test the fit, share feedback, and send photos. In return, you'll get early access to the designs and help shape the final versions before they're released.

I'm thinking about creating a Messenger group so communication is easy, feedback is centralized, and everyone can follow the project's progress together.

If you own a K2 Plus and enjoy testing new designs, leave a comment or send me a DM. I'd love to build the best possible collection for the community with your help!

Update : Here is the FB group for those want to help me on k2 plus and pro : https://www.facebook.com/share/g/1Yhji6UbTw/?mibextid=wwXIfr

Thanks! 🚀

After 4 months of work, my open-source DIY 3D navigation controller is finally released

Hi Makers,

https://www.crealitycloud.com/model-detail/hackman3d-orbit-controller

Want to see it in action?

Instagram : https://www.instagram.com/reel/DaLhk9gP-Sw/?igsh=MTNhdXZ2OHo0b3Z3cw%3D%3D

Youtube : https://www.youtube.com/shorts/rWjuSqC4tPc

After four months of work, I'm finally ready to share my Hackman3D Orbit Controller with everyone.

This is by far the biggest project I've ever worked on. I spent countless hours designing, prototyping, printing, assembling, testing, rewriting the firmware, and writing the documentation. My goal was simple: make a DIY 3D navigation controller that is affordable, reliable, and as easy to build as possible.

I've been using this controller as my daily CAD controller for the past two months, and I now feel confident enough to release it.

That said, this is only the beginning.

The assembly guide and documentation will continue to improve based on your feedback. If something isn't clear, if you find a mistake, or if you have ideas to simplify the build, please let me know. I'll do my best to answer every question and update the guides whenever needed.

This project is completely open source, so I also encourage everyone to modify it, improve it, remix it, or adapt it to their own needs. If you make something better, I'd genuinely love to see it.

I hope this project helps more people discover 3D navigation without spending hundreds of dollars.

Have fun building it, and thank you to everyone who supported this project over the last four months. 🚀

Why buy a Space Mouse when you can build one?

Update : now online https://m.crealitycloud.com/model-detail/hackman3d-orbit-controller

Hi Makers!

https://www.instagram.com/reel/DaLhk9gP-Sw/?igsh=MTNhdXZ2OHo0b3Z3cw==

https://www.youtube.com/shorts/rWjuSqC4tPc

I've been working on this project for the last 4 months: a fully DIY 6DoF Space Mouse built with Hall effect joysticks and designed to be affordable while still feeling great to use.

It works for navigating CAD software, slicers like Bambu Studio, and pretty much anything that supports a 3D mouse.

I'm still polishing a few details before releasing it. I'm also considering publishing it on Creality Cloud, but I'm not sure yet.

Would you build one if I made it free and open-source?

Compact Rear Poop Bin with Slide-In Design for Creality K2

Hi makers!

https://www.crealitycloud.com/model-detail/k2-rear-poop-bin-compact-magnetic-system

I designed this compact rear poop bin for the Creality K2 series for users who don't need a full poop chute system.

The system consists of two parts:

A base that mounts to the rear of the printer using the existing screws.

An optional pair of 8×2 mm magnets can be added to the base for extra stability.

The poop bin simply slides onto two printed tabs, making it quick to remove and empty.

- Uses the original mounting screws

- Optional 8×2 mm magnets

- Compact design with minimal rear clearance

- Easy to remove and empty

I'd love to hear your feedback or suggestions!

Finally released my modular SKÅDIS side panel for the Creality K2!

Hi Makers,

https://www.crealitycloud.com/model-detail/creality-k2-side-skadis-panel

After quite a few requests, I finally finished and uploaded my side-mounted SKÅDIS panel for the Creality K2.

It gives you a clean and modular way to keep your most-used tools right next to the printer without taking up extra desk space.

Features:

  • 240 × 240 mm SKÅDIS-compatible panel
  • Fits on both the left and right side of the K2
  • Uses only 8x M3x8 screws and 4 printed mounting pins
  • Compatible with my K2/CFS legs
  • If installed on the right side, it may partially block access to the USB port.

I'd love to see your setups, so feel free to share pictures if you print one!

Just designed an integrated scraper holder for the Creality K2

Hi Makers!

https://www.crealitycloud.com/model-detail/creality-k2-scraper-holder

I wanted a dedicated place to store my scraper inside the printer, so I designed this integrated scraper holder for the Creality K2.

It mounts using an existing screw, doesn't get in the way of the printer, and keeps the scraper secure and always within easy reach.

The holder is designed specifically for my Creality K2 Scraper, but you can easily remix it if you use another one.

As always, feedback is welcome! If you have ideas for improvements or other K2 accessories, let me know.

Happy printing!

K2 Plus CFS Legs (WIP Test Version)

Hi Makers,

https://www.crealitycloud.com/model-detail/k2-plus-cfs-legs-wip-test-version

After receiving quite a few requests from K2 Plus owners, I've decided to start adapting my K2 mods for the K2 Plus, and later for the K2 Pro as well.

To get started, I've just released the first CFS Legs for the K2 Plus.

This is NOT a final release. It's a WIP (Work in Progress) and is intended for testing only.

I'm looking for a few K2 Plus owners willing to print and test them so I can:

  • Verify the fit and dimensions
  • Check stability
  • Identify any improvements before the final release

The goal is to make all of my existing K2 accessories fully compatible with the K2 Plus, then continue with the K2 Pro.

If you own a K2 Plus and would like to help, I'd really appreciate your feedback (photos, comments, fitment issues, etc.).

Thanks to everyone who helps make these projects better !

K2 Triple Plate Holder (Stock Spool Holder Mount)

Hi makers,

https://www.crealitycloud.com/model-detail/k2-triple-plate-holder-stock-spool-mount

My filament finally arrived!
So here’s my new K2 Triple Plate Holder for the Creality K2.

It mounts directly onto the original spool holder support using only 4x M3 screws and washers, while keeping the stock spool holder fully usable.

  • Holds up to 3 build plates
  • No drilling or permanent modification
  • OEM-inspired look
  • Quick access to spare plates

I designed it mainly because I kept stacking plates everywhere around my printer

What do you think?

u/Far-Government7397 — 2 months ago

Ran out of yellow filament at the worst moment ...

Hi makers,

I was planning to release a new mod for my Creality K2 tonight… but I just finished my last spool of yellow Polymaker PLA Pro !

So for now, here’s the prototype printed in black.
Not the final look at all, but I hope you still like the concept

As soon as my filament order arrives, I’ll print the full yellow version and upload the model! 💛
