Has anyone used extreme heights + Sedona method to release fear of death?

Has anyone intentionally used extreme heights : cliffs, rooftops, skydiving in conjunction with Sedona method as a way to release fear of death?

not thrill seeking or powering through and suppressing fear, but staying present through the terror and releasing until its gone.

Changes to the visual field

I‘m curious to hear from those who had the initial or the later abiding shift to their true nature, what changes, if any, did you experience in your visual field?

often people report the visual field flattens, widens, becomes 2D, or seems more high definition etc.

Good quality milk in Bangkok

hello everyone.

we drink quite a bit of milk daily. I was wondering:

What brand of milk do you recommend here?

Is there a reasonably priced organic/grass fed option from a local vendor?

thank you!

Communicating with the Higher Self

For those who have reached this level of development where you can communicate and get guidance from your Higher Self.

What process do you use to communicate and receive answers from your higher self?

I never get much connection or actionable answers back when I try. Thank you.

Navigating ego dissolution, no self and union

For those who have made it that far, how did you navigate the final stages of ego dissolution?

Not the initial glimpses of nonduality (stream entry, etc), but the deeper transition into lasting union/abiding nondual awareness.

What was the union with the void like for you?

How did you learn to function in everyday life when the ego is no longer at the forefront?

There’s a lot of content on awakening experiences, but much less on that final transition, stabilizing in that state and integrating it practically. I’d really appreciate your perspective and advice on this. Thank you.
