Accidentally got the moo virus, ruined my Home Screen

I fixed everything the shortcut has done, yet my apps still look a lot lighter and not as dark as they used too. Have no before hand photo unfortunately but the apps were darker(not black)

Um, anyone know what’s going on here?

Makes a very weird and loud sound to navigate the menu and a constant buzzing just in the background. I went to my Samsung tv and it didn’t make any sounds so I’m pretty sure it’s the Roku.
