I received an invitation to the annual Cancer Survivors’ Day at the USZ, Zurich, Switzerland:

“Cancer survivors prove that every new day is a new chance at life. We would like to invite you, as a cancer survivor, to spend an afternoon with us together with your family and friends: featuring interesting talks, workshops, networking opportunities, information stands and a panel discussion.”

It was a fantastic event, with around 300 patients taking part.
Buffet: 10/10! (in the photo, it was still being set up)

Bei Fleischprodukten bin ich immer vorsichtig, aber so eine Salami, die nicht gekühlt werden muss ist doch unkritisch, oder?
Auffällig ist bei dieser nur, dass sie offenbar geschrumpft und sehr hart ist, sonst scheint alles ok zu sein.

Im Keksregal: Rabatt 30.4% beim Kauf ab 2Stück. Dann zahlt man aber immer noch mind. CHF5.50 (= 6.-€)
Das Schokoladenregal ist übrigens Milkafrei (dafür aber ziemlich Lindtlastig).

I’d actually just popped in to buy the three onions. But these Belgian waffles are simply the best – I couldn’t resist…

…I ate this alone and it was delicious (and I was extremely hungry).

Mussels cooked with white wine, some tomato sauce added. Visually not perfect but it tasted so good. As you see, I was very hungry 😀
