Interviews with the old guard of Games Workshop

Just sharing my Youtube channel incase anyone is interested.

I'm Tom / Filmdeg Miniatures. I'm a close family friend of John Blanche, and I've spent a good deal of time over the last few years interviewing many of the old school names from Games Workshop, talking about the history of it all from the people who were actually there. Straight from the horses mouth as it were.

Very little on screen input from myself, and its all free from clickbait titles and substance lacking substance! I've done a few videos on the history of Warhammer 40,000 and many of the other aspects of Warhammer including interviews with artists, sculptors, game designers, authors, PC game developers etc.

If there's a topic you're interested in, I MIGHT have already interviewed the people behind it. If I haven't feel free to comment, and I'll see if I can do it!

You might be aware that I’m currently working on a “documentary” about Oblivion. I’m interviewing as many of the original game developers that I can track down, to hear them talk, in their own words, about their individual contributions to the game, share some memories and reflect on the legacy and success of the game.

I’m currently at about 8 hours of interview content, with two or three more interviews scheduled in. No eta yet, but hopefully by summer.

Enjoy these pics of Mark Nelson talking about painting THAT painting, and Craig Sechler, who was the voice actor for the Adoring Fan, and also sang this classic song.
