FINALLY!! Sending messages while phone is closed!!
Hi All, I may be late to this party, not sure, but either way, I changed over from Google Assistant to Gemini since Google is killing off GA in September and voila! It works!! I set Gemini as my assistant and tested sending a hands free text while my RAZR was flipped shut and it works!!
It's about time!!!!
If I'm super late to the party about this, I invite you to share in my revelry!!
Rebels...
Not only did these rebels park in a handicap spot, they also blocked the wheel chair ramp. Roscoe is going to be very upset!!
Two Can't Park
Saw this today. Can you believe the gaul of these two jabronies who not only think it's okay to park like this but also have the nerve to pose with their cars!!! What a couple of jerks!!!
TheSpoilerCompany
Hi All, I was wondering if anyone has a spoiler from TheSpoilerCompany. Specifically the one shown here.
It's hard to tell how it looks from this tight angle and I'm looking for something that's not so pronounced like many of the duckbill spoilers tend to be.
If anybody has input on quality and look, I'd appreciate reading/seeing it.
Thanks!
Surprising US Sales Details
Hi all, as a recent new owner of a Stinger, I've been bewildered a bit at the fact that these cars weren't more sought after during their production years in the USA.
Rarity is a matter of context and varies greatly, but at less than 80,000 units sold over 6 production years, that a hair over 13k on average per year making it moderately rare.
Breaking it down by details from Google:
2017: 6,322
2018: 16,806
2019: 13,861
2020: 12,556
2021: 13,517
2022: 7,809
2023: 5,452
Not once did Kia break 20k units in the USA on a given year.
I know all about the impact of brand influence on sales, and still as an owner a few years late to the show, I'm still shocked at how impressive power, handling, fit, and finish are for these cars in contrast to its 'flash in the pan' production run.
In a nutshell, this is one hell of a car and though it was discontinued early, as an owner, I like that this pony stands out from the crowd for all the right reasons!

FitCamX - Any Stingers with it?
Hey everyone! Greetings! I'm learning about dashcams and found that FitCamX offers a nice clean option that looks as close to OEM as I think I've ever seen. I was wondering if anyone has one and if so, what opinions are about it?
Don't know what I'm talking about? Product link below! Thanks!
OG AG - Favorite Episode - What's Yours?
Hi All,
Like others, I've been re-watching the OG series on Prime. Tonight I discovered my favorite episode and it made me wonder what's yours and why!?
Mine: S6 E20: Celebrity Match
Dean Cain - Superman
John McGinley - Platoon, Point Break, On Deadly Ground...
Debby Dunning - The Tool Time girl
Heidi Mark - Thunder in Paradise
But best of ALL....Mike Adamle himself goes in as a competitor!!
Nitro takes the mic with Susan, it's just the show having fun with itself. Nobody's taking anything overly serious and I swear it has to be the most fun episode I've seen.
What's yours?
Hi All, I thought in keeping with the trend, I'd start the 2nd wave of conversations about episodes 4-6.
A few things I thought of:
Padding - It seems to me like the contestants and Glads wear WAY more protective padding than in years past. Neck, body, arms, knees...and the helmets with the cameras that rarely get used in editing.
Injuries - It infuriates me to no end that each contestant doesn't compete against the same Glad, but as I thought about all the injuries that the OG cast dealt with, it made me wonder if that wasn't the reason (or one reason) why they change them out. It's still very unfair from a competition standpoint.
On the heels of that last comment, even the MC and cohost pointed out that the events weren't that hard on the Glads...the OG cast were working it HARD and were really proving themselves as athletes.
Fitness - These new Glads (for the most part) don't really 'look' fit to me. Be that as it may, and to each their own, but seriously, a fit upper body and a fat lower body is not Gladiator level fit. To me, the OG cast looked the part but none of the main Glads were 'fat'. Crush, looks like a hippo. Just saying, I'm unimpressed.
Competition - FINALLY the competition is getting more intense. It's almost made me forget that there are just a measly 3 events before each Eliminator
Travel-what??? - It's an inclined treadmill, why call it a "travelator" ...that's the dumbest made up name and sounds like a rejected expression the Terminator would use.
Lastly, I both like and dislike the stories about each person. Yes, I like that they are inspirational, but everyone has issues. Do you want to be remembered for your presence and performance or the sob story you had about a high school football game you lost and have carried around in guilt with you well after growing up?! Less talk, more competition!!
Just my thoughts, no offense to anyone who sees things differently!
