I think that trip is impossible to beat.

I challenge anyone to walk this route faster than I did. The only requirement is that you first break your femur, spend six months in rehab, and go through three surgeries. After that, it's full speed ahead. Good luck.

Anyone else listen to Lorna Shore when they’re feeling down?

I made this playlist for those days when I’m feeling a little down, and I honestly think Lorna Shore fits it perfectly.

The Pain Remains trilogy isn’t just heavy. It’s emotional. It tells a story about love, loss, grief, and finally acceptance.
Sometimes music isn’t about making you feel better. Sometimes it’s about reminding you that you’re not the only one who’s felt that kind of pain.

What’s your go to song or album when you’re feeling a little sad?
