I'm assuming it's because there's no signal for it to use in order to communicate to the Ring server?

is Panda Express app supposed to give 20% new customer discount when you sign up for a new reward account?
is Panda Express app supposed to give 20% new customer discount when you sign up for a new reward account?
I no longer have access to my old email because my old account was using my old employer's email. I also haven't ordered Panda in about a year after I moved to an area with no Panda Express location. However, a new location just opened up 6 miles from me. Yay!!!
So I had to create a new account and to my surprise, it offered me a 20% discount on my first order. How does it not know that I'm not really a new customer? I used the same exact name, address and phone number.... or does it treat every new email address as a new customer? Or is it because this is a brand-new Panda location? (not that I'm complaining... just picked up my order and got the discount with any problems)

is there absolutely no way to drive from Anchorage to the lower 48 states without going through Canada?
asking for someone who drove up there(yes, through Canada)... then lost his passport. short of getting an emergency passport issued, is there any possible way to drive back to Chicago?
if not, he plans to fly from Anchorage back to Chicago and leave the car in Anchorage. Where is the cheapest place to park for at least 2 to 3 weeks in Anchorage or near ANC airport? once he gets a new passport reissued, he'll fly back there and drive the car back..
Thanks for your help!
(also... he should have listened to me and gotten a passport card as a back-up to the passport book) :)
BMW owners in the US, which brand of gasoline do you feed your BMW with?
(for example: Costco, Shell, Exxon, BP, 76, 7-Eleven, Walmart, Sam's Club, Sunoco, Marathon, Mobil, Chevron, Kroger, etc)
in my state, the cops don't really bother with cars that have 70% near-clear front windshield tint. this is according to several local tint shops that I talked to, as well as my friends/family who have such tint on their windshields.
however, I do drive up and down the East Cost frequently. Which states can I possibly ge in trouble for having 70% windshield? (for example, NYC, DC, Boston, Jacksonville(FL), Atlanta, etc....
thanks!
Google AI offers the best tire advice ever! I was about to ask about this by starting a new thread, but decided to Google it first. I was very impressed by the advice, especially the second sentence!
quote: "Stored winter/summer tires mounted on rims should be inflated to roughly 15 psi to prevent deformation. If the tires are not on rims, they do not need air pressure"
I've probably made that mistake all my life... I will no longer try to inflate unmounted tires to the correct air pressure?
tire store showed me that my new BMW with less than 10 miles had tire tread just 7 (7/32"). is it just me or this is like printers that come with starter inkjet cartridges that last only a few hundred pages?
tire store showed me that my new BMW with less than 10 miles had tire tread just 7 (7/32"). the tires are summer performance tires, but still... he said it is likely that they won't last more than 10,000 miles even if I drove like a 90-year-old grandma.
I went there because I wanted to see if they would let me trade in those "new" tires with a little over 10 miles for a set of all-season performance tires. Due to the low tread depth, they were only willing to give me $100 credit for each tire.
