On the Weber kettle

Chuck roast onions garlic rosemary potatoes carrots and beef broth. Oooo it’s gonna be so good. I put this in the oven. What temps are yall recommending for a cook, low and slow, like this? Thnx.

Scored this on eBay for $260 delivered. A little soap and warm water and it looks brand new.

I found this on eBay advertised as new for $175. I thought eh it’s probably fake. But it arrived in a new box and to my surprise it was Williams Sanoma drop ship labeled. I’m quite pleased with this purchase, Grandma would approve. I removed the new stickers, washed it w a soft sponge and dried it.

Considering purchasing this online, says it’s new. Is this of concern or perfectly normal. Thnx all.
