I feel guilty almost all the time now

There's been a couple things I've done over the last few years that I regret deeply. Even though I understand what I did was wrong, I understand why I did it and that my mental state at the time wasn't great, even though I was a child for a lot of it, I still feel immense guilt. It's recurring. Every time I think I've come to terms with it, it comes back, just over and over and over again.

I haven't told anyone about the guilt. I've told some people about what happened but the guilt doesn't go away, even if they tell me not to feel guilty and that they understand what happened.

Sometimes I'm just sitting, enjoying myself and someone will say something, or I'll see something and I'm reminded about it all over again, it makes me feel sick. I'm convinced I'm a terrible person that doesn't deserve forgiveness even when I've actively tried to improve myself and go completely against the mindset I had back then. I hated everyone, I was paranoid that everyone wanted to hurt me and others and that I was the only one that could stop them. I'm pretty sure if I'd seen a therapist back then I would have been admitted to a psychiatric facility for severe psychosis, it was that bad.

There's people I know who've done worse, or similar things and I still treat them with kindness, I don't know why I can't do the same with myself?

I hate rare collectibles that are just block colour variations

It's just so uncreative and boring! The normal versions often or not look considerably better and I actually get disappointed when I open and it's a rare type like this because, even though it's rare, it's super ugly! I don't wanna display that! I'll either have to trade it for something better or go through the hassle of selling it just to buy one I actually like!

What fandom has this problem in your opinion?

For me it's TADC, I've made a few theories on different subreddits and social medias, and they either get completely ignored or just disregarding without explaining why

I need as many detective shows about consultants as you can think of. Specifically shows where they're investigating a new case every episode or every two episodes, it can't be a show where the entire season is dedicated to just one case, unless investing that one case leads to other cases being uncovered.

They're not an actual employed police officer/detective, they're a consultant or a private detective, solving big crimes, so murders, serial killers, bank jobs, elaborate frauds, kidnappings

Ones based in America are preferred but American setting is not required, and they need to be kinda stereotypical, so lots of tropes, nothing incredibly unique or out there, it has to be very formulaic and not a true crime story UNLESS, it's very loosely based, so stuff like Law and Order is fine.

Modern day (or at least modern day when it was released) is preferable.

Age rating should be at the most a 15, nothing too violent and gory.

In every house I've lived in, the neighbourhood cats have all been outdoor or combination cats, allowed out to roam around the streets. My last house was a good way out of the city, there was only a two way road, with maybe one car driving down it every ten-fifteen minutes or so. Cats were all over the joint. Chilling under bushes, on people's windowsills, running up and down trees, basically, they were outside.

Where I live now, it is still a bit out of the city, but a lot closer than the last house, about a ten minute walk into the city. It's still the same, cats everywhere.

I have recently learned that this is not normal and is actually seen as, at the least entitlement, at the most, straight up cat abuse.

It seems that a lot of people consider cats to be a purely indoor pet, maybe with a catio or a harness for walks.

I haven't heard this before, most of the cat owners I know, have combination indoor/outdoor cats, the only indoor cats being elderly/physically ill.

Is this not the norm here in the u.k? I assume because there're more rural areas and cities aren't very big, most cats are purely outdoor or combination cats? I'd get it for cities having an indoor cat, but from what I can tell, the people who do own cats, they're mostly outdoor?

This game is based on true events

P.s

While the antagonist of this game is mentally ill

They are not an antagonist because they're mentally ill

Mental illness does not automatically make someone an antagonist

But it is also not an excuse for bad behaviour

Play this game with an open mind

And don't be a tool.
