I am horribly un-creative. The SC P1...paint options are as plentiful as, say the Madone, which really sucks.
Anyway, anyone care to take a stab at designing a really cool looking SC P1 in the online designer for me?!?!?! :)

Has anyone else noticed that when Hoka sends a UPS return label to your email, it is a PDF that is cutoff on the sides? Doesn't matter how I zoom in or out or format it, it is literally cutoff missing the right side of the label. Even uploaded to Chatgpt which said it was incomplete / created past the pdf's page boundary. Ugh.....
Need help making a final decision... I am strictly a basement/home player and do not play in a band. I don't need to 'cut through the mix'....lol. So these three from Long & McQuade price-wise (Cad$$) are:
FR10 - 779
FR12 - 919
EVH 12 - 869
My understanding is that the EVH and Fenders are literally identical other than branding and cosmetics. So I think really I am looking at either the EVH 12 for 869 or the FR10 for 779. The price diff is not so important to me. I guess I am wondering, for home playing at not crazy volumes, would the 10 actually sound better than the 12?

If I want to go with a wired closed back like the Beyerdynamic 770 DT Pro, which 'ohm' rating should I try to get?
If I want to go wireless, I see a couple of recommendations like the AIAIAI DJ, and the Yamaha YH-WL500..... the AI's are smaller than I'd like, more 'on-ear' than 'over ear', and the Yamaha's seem to get very mixed reviews. Are there any others you'd recommend that are full over ear?

After way too much reading reviews etc I ordered the new 98" P8L Mini LED from Best Buy Canada for 2299.
I didn't adjust anything on it out of the box, just signed into my google acct and chose the apps I wanted on the TV. Colors look great to me, beautiful picture. And a gloss screen which I prefer over matte. Below are pics using the YouTube app.
The sound is impressive too. I'll be using a 2.1 system, but the sound just from the TV's built in speakers is actually really impressive!
Did many others go through what I am going through - endless YouTube comparison videos to see what other products that are half the price would be 'good enough' compared to the QC?
After watching so many, I think I am finally getting to the 'buy once cry once' point and just gonna get the QC lol.

Hey folks, I'm in the market for a multi-effects unit. I am a somewhat crappy home player. I will never play live, I'm not sure if I'd take the time to learn about 'captures' or 'IR's' (hey I'm old!!!). But I would like a really great effects unit to allow me to get rid of my boss pedals, one that would allow me to download other user's presets/tones etc. I'd likely plan to play it through either headphones, or sometimes through a power amp like a Seymour Duncan Powerstage into a Mesa 2x12 cabinet.
I can afford a QC, but am I crazy for getting it for this? Is it totally overkill? Would something like a Headrush Core give the same sounds, same available downloads of tones from a cloud of other users??

I follow Brian Rock's Boston qualifying time predictor/tracker. In it, he has a list of races and the qualifiers from each, showing those for 2026 Boston and 2027 Boston.
For Berlin, he shows that about 8400 people hit a Boston time there,. For the latest Berlin marathon which would have been a qualifier for Boston 2027, it shows only about 4400 getting their Boston time. Why the roughly 4k drop??
Hi folks, looking at buying a 98" TCL TV from Costco Canada. I'll need a TV wall mount. I don't need any special tilting features, just flat mount. I know there are tons available, from Costco, Amazon, etc. But my concern is a lot of them seem to allow the TV to tilt forward due to weight, even though they are supposedly rated for the high weight. Could someone please recommend a sturdy one that won't allow the TV to lean forward due to weight? I'd rather not spend a fortune, but also don't want the TV to fall down....
The TV I am looking at (QM67K) weighs 115 pounds.

Hey all, completely new to digital/plugin stuff. Bought my first ever plugin yesteray, the Nolly X and using on a macbook pro. Am I correct that there is no chorus in this plugin?? What settings would you tweak to get a chorus like effect?
Should I buy now, or hedge that they will have a new plugin by 2029, maybe 2030?
Hi all, I've had the same hotmail address for like 20 years now, thus have always been reluctant to switch. But I am getting this login error all the time now despite never using an incorrect password. This time I am on vacation without my real cell phone (work provided, restrictions on travelling with it), and my 'burner'/travel phone obviously has a different number. So between suddenly not being able to access my hotmail from any device (burner, laptop, other peoples phones), and not having my own phone to try to use the number for recovery, I'm completely locked out of it and any other app/website that wants to use my phone number or email as a verification step......grrrr....
OK so if I am finally ready to switch to a different free online email, what is the best choice now? Gmail? Proton? Other?
