I've noticed it a few times now, any time he's confronted by a girl he'll say something like "you're making me out to be a terrible person". Has anyone else picked up on this? Why?
In regards to the process for getting people into supported housing or residential care?
I find mine incredibly outdated and wanted some suggestions for a more efficient process.
ATM, the manager emails out an excel spreadsheet monthly (if she remembers) which is manually updated (unsure who by and lots of missing/inaccurate information).
You then call around and see who has vacancies, then put it through the system begging for funding and wait and see if it's approved at a fortnightly panel. Hopefully the space will still be there by the time it's approved.
It's archaic.
