Hey SaaS community, hope you're all doing good. My SaaS is actually doing pretty well so far, but I feel like I've hit a wall with growth. i've been building Termi Protocol, a niche desktop app for developers that visualizes AI coding agents in a cozy 3D workspace. So far I've had 2,292 unique visitors, 145 registrations, and 70 purchases. I launched on Product Hunt and finished #5 Product of the Day, promoted it on Reddit and LinkedIn, and even tried Instagram and TikTok. The problem is that I don't have a marketing budget, and since it's such a niche product for developers, I'm not sure where to focus next. If you were in my position, what path would you take? How would you grow traffic for a developer focused SaaS without spending much on ads? Any suggestions or criticism are more than welcome. Thanks! I haven't managed to get a lot of views on Instagram and TikTok.

Termi Protocol turns AI coding agents into a live 3D simulation.

When an agent installs a package, reads files, browses websites, or waits for approval, you can see it happen in real time inside the room. If it needs you, it sends a notification and plays a sound. When agents are idle, they fall asleep.

Agent conversations, visited websites, used sources, and project activity are stored locally. You can review what the agent researched, why it visited a page, and which files it used.

Agent plans are converted into a Kanban board with To Do, Doing, Blocked, and Done columns. You can also add tasks without spending extra tokens, and they are passed to the agent at the right stage.

For multi-agent workflows, you can see shared files, memory pools, and how agents exchange information.

We also added a focus timer. During breaks, you can collect coins, clean the room, or play a small endless runner game.

The goal is simple: make AI assisted development easier to understand, manage, and enjoy.

Also In the Command Center, while the agents are being simulated, you can hover over each one to see what it is managing, its current status, where it is in the workflow, and the purpose of its task.

I spend a large part of my day working with AI coding agents, and one problem kept bothering me.

The agents were getting smarter, but the way we interacted with them still looked like a collection of terminals, logs, and disconnected sessions.

So I started building Termi Protocol.

Termi turns AI coding agents into a visual workspace. Instead of only reading terminal output, you can watch agents work inside a 3D environment. Their animations change while they are writing code, searching the web, reading files, downloading assets, waiting for approval, or completing a task.

The memory system is one of the most important parts of the product.

Termi keeps track of what an agent researched, which files it opened, what it changed, which commands it ran, and where the work stopped. When a session reaches a context or usage limit, the project does not have to restart from zero. The work can be transferred to another agent with the relevant context preserved.

The goal is to make long AI-assisted projects easier to follow, continue, and manage.

Termi currently supports multiple coding agents, including Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, Copilot, Aider, and others.

It is available as a desktop application and currently supports Windows.

I am still improving the 3D animations, project memory, agent handoff, activity history, and multi-agent command center.
