Are there street level drains where water could flow directly into the subway station? (please see attached video)

I figured it's edited because it doesn't make sense for a drain to go straight into the subway station platform - if it rains, that station would be completely wet. But there are comments such as, "its new york city. Thats the chambers st station... clearly youve never been in that station during a torrential rainstorm. Its notorious for rain flooding over the trains" and "those are super real, when it's raining or snowing it creates puddles/small piles on the platform." Thank you.

[Stern Grove Festivcal] What time do I need to arrive to be the first in line? Thanks! (Suki Waterhouse on July 26)

Reason: An acquaintance wants to be at barricade badly because she's flying in from out of state and this is her first time traveling since the pandemic ended, so it's a big event for her! She asked me what time she needs to be there for barricade because I'm an SF local, but I've never been to Stern Grove Festival. Thanks!

Best tattoo places in the SF Bay Area?

My partner and I are planning to get our first tattoos, and it's important to us that it's as close to perfect as possible. (I keep hearing about people regretting going to certain artists.) Can someone please recommend some amazing ones? We'll just be getting semi-simple, small tattoos. Line work and just black. Anywhere in or around SF, East Bay, and South Bay would be fine. Thanks!

If Ticketmaster states before purchase, "These tickets are non-transferable," has there ever been a time where they become transferrable closer to the concert date? (This concert is in 3 nights)

The purchased tickets show, "Transfer Unavailable. Your tickets cannot be transferred." The concert is for Yellowcard. I'm in the USA. Thanks!
