Hello guys... I'm looking for the books Fight club by Chuck Palahniuk...

I normally wouldn't post anything like this.

But I'm losing my mind lol. How hard is it to make friends. I mean, I'm someone who is alright by themselves but there are moments when it feels too heavy and I need someone to talk to or something.

I'll probably have a 1 week streak of being alone and at peace until suddenly from deep inside, I crave friendship.

Funny thing is I've tried so many frigging times to make friends or just be around for someone just to be friends but it just doesn't work. Not at all. And it is eating me out. So bad, it's early morning and my chest has those hurting feelings because of it .

Now, what do you guys think about this?

So, to people who are/ have been trying to make friends but it always ends as failure. Or you do meet people, think you're making friends then at the end it's the same old script of it not happening. It got frustrating.. yes? Failing at making friends bonds despite trying everything you can.

What did you do when you kinda couldn't do it again. And how did you cope? Kindly, I want to hear from people who have experienced this, not people who are answering what they "think" or "assume "

As someone with no "friends" and who was actively and inactivity looking for them before, especially physical friends. And talking/talked with various people. It's come to my attention that there's just a chance that getting friends might not be possible for most of us. Well of course we ,older ones. Who don't have friends from childhood or from school.

Then I realised how stupid it is to be all emotional and sad , asking random strangers online how to make friends (of course as adults still). And I'm talking about genuine friends. Especially as a man.

I'm guessing it just reaches a point to just be. You can no longer make those genuine friendships anymore because where you are is a matter of acquaintances and work mates. .... Most of the people I interact with just have online friends.

(I'm trying to think why this is by the way, the physical friends part especially)

Well, that's where I come in, Sina kazi at the moment, but I am 25m, and have a degree in psychology and experiences self actualisation, addiction, trauma or mental health issues, including anxiety and you want to deal with it

I'm that someone so don't feel isolated or lonely or let those negative thoughts drag you down when you can reach out to me . Especially since mental health stuff in Kenya isn't seriously taken.
