Short shifter makes clunk in first

Hi, after installing my short shifter in the mtx75 it clunks jn first, doesnt sound healthy, i would like some opinions. Its a steeda short shifter, every gear sounds good, but first just doesnt. Youtube smooths the audio, but it sounds like a clunk/slap

Hi, my duratec with mtx75, exactly like this pic needs adjusting, but i cant seem to find what the procedure is for adjustment. I found a few with 2 adjustable parts, but this one only has 1 locking clip.

If anyone can tell me, it would be great!

Is this load resistor setup good enough to not burn itself out?

Hi, i have a fault in my plc for a load detection because of a light conversion to a different use.

I would like to use this in a room wich will be around 60-80 degrees. To overcome the fault i will
install a load resistor rated for 12v 50w 6ohms.

The 3d printed (ABS) plate will be mounted to a plastic housing, then the rubber spacers, heatblock with ribs facing down, then the resistor.

Will this work okay? Or will it get to hot?

How hot should a led chip and housing get?

Hi, my LED bulb came with a fan attached, i dont trust those as if they become a big fire hazard when they get stuck. So i snipped the wires, now i was curious how hot it gets, after 10min the chip gets to 130 degrees celcius, the ring right under the LED emitors also gets around that. The housing to 100.

Is that really normal? I dont think the fan does THAT much right? It would be in the headlight completely sealed.

Hi, my exhaust is 48.3mm od, my v-clamp flanch is 50.8mm id

How do i fill that gap? Do i jus MAG fill it? Do i use shims?

An adapter ring is not for sale, and making one seems a bit out of the project time and money.

I could do a flat piece and roll it? But that seems dodgy and to diy-ish

I need it to hold, not really be pretty, thats why iam going to MAG weld it. As that is what i have on hand.
