I know it's Tokon but still
How would you design his moveset so he doesn't feel too similar to Hulk or The Thing?
Look, I love the bike slide as much as the next guy but the amount of times it's been referenced in media is getting kind of old and tiring. So I'm hoping to find other references besides these 3
Regular Show - In the episode "Terror Tales of The Park VI," Mordecai and Rigby are seen dressed up as Shotaro Kaneda and Tetsuo Shima, the main protagonist and antagonist of the series respectively
IDW Sonic - The cover of Sonic The Hedgehog Issue 67 (yes that's the actual number) shows Surge the Tenrec trying to look calm and composed while a picture of her getting shocked can be seen in the bottom half of the cover, referencing a scene from the Akira film where Shotaro is trying to act chill while being questioned by authorities after he gives them his ID
South Park - In the episode "Trapper Keeper" a cyborg from the future warns the boys that the titular Trapper Keeper, which is owned by Cartman, will eventually gain self-awareness and lead to the end of the world. Of course, Cartman being Cartman doesn't listen to any of the warnings from the cyborg or the other guys and by the climax of the episode, is turned into a gigantic flesh blob by the Trapper Keeper, mirroring the final fight against Tetsuo where he turns into a similar looking monster.

Red Skull as the Big Bad for the season and Hive as the playable character. Though, if you really want to get risky, make them both playable. Yeah, imagine trying to make a character like Red Skull playable
The Bride vs. The Crazy 88 (Kill Bill Vol 1): On a mission to kill her ex-husband Bill (See? Get it?) after being attacked on her wedding day, Beatrix Kiddo, or The Bride, is ambushed by the Crazy 88, a notorious Yakuza clan formed by O-Ren Ishii (Please note, they don't actually have 88 members, they just thought the name sounded cool) Armed with only her katana, she proceeds to slaughter ever last member in her way effortlessly.
The Hallway fight (Oldboy): Our protagonist, Oh Dae-Su, spends most of the film trying to find the man who imprisoned him for 15 years. During this time, he finds himself having to fight a hallway full of men sent after him. While he does struggle, after everything is said and done, he's the only one left standing
Maki Vs The Zenin Clan (Jujutsu Kaisen): Maki Zenin was raised in the Zenin Clan, a clan of curse hunters not only known for their immense power and influence, but also for their extreme mistreatment of the women in the clan itself. With a bit of encouragement from her cousin Mai, Maki takes it upon herself to kill every single member on her own, including Naoya, someone who embodied the worst of the clan and who definitely deserved the ass-whooping he got
Sifu: One of my favorite indie games, ngl. You play as an unnamed martial artist, hunting down the 5 former students responsible for the murder of your father. Throughout each stage, you are bombarded by hoards of bodyguards and henchmen who want to stop you from reaching each master and depending on your skill level, not even the masters themselves are safe from you. Whether by using your own fists or whatever you can get your hands on, you're just soloing over dozens of goons on your own
The Janitor Vs Willy's Gang (Willy's Wonderland): Ok, time for something a little more comedic. After getting a flat tire, an unnamed man (or The Janitor as he's known), is offered the position of Janitor at Willy's Wonderland, named after its mascot, Willy Weasel, an infamous restaurant and children's entertainment place that had been shut down due to some mysterious murders. Unbeknownst to the janitor, however, Willy and the other animatronics are all possessed by the spirits of the owners due to a ritual murder suicide. Unfortunately for them, though, they're no match for Nicolas Cage as one by one, the silent man destroys and crushes each machine to bits, leaving a pool of oil behind, all for his fixed car. (Well, except for the fairy)

Only 6 out of the 25 characters here aren't in Rivals (Technically I would include Doom too but he's about as confirmed as you can get)
The only ones here I wouldn't be interested in seeing come to Rivals are Kamala and Shuri since Kamala would just feel like a poor man's Mister Fantastic and Shuri would just be a female Tchalla gameplay wise. Maybe they could give her a different kit if they do include her but hey
Doing this for the actresses too because why not?
Julianne Moore (The Debut)
Sandra Huller (Fatherland)
Inde Navarrette (Obsession)
Renate Reinsve (Fjord)
Virginie Efira (All Of A Sudden)
Likely winner: Moore/Reinsve
Might seem too early to be making predictions but figured I'd give my first predictions as of now. Might change depending on how well the films here fare
Sebastian Stan (Fjord)
Tom Cruise (Digger)
John Malkovich (Wild Horse Nine)
Ryan Gosling (Project Hail Mary)
Robert Pattinson (Primetime)
Likely winner: Cruise/Malkovich
I won't lie here and say Alison Blaire or Dazzler isn't one of my most wanted characters for Rivals. She's been mentioned a few times by characters and there's even a minor cameo of her in the Times Square map. So when she inevitably comes, what direction could they go with her?
The only two options I can see for Dazzler are strategist or duelist. Some people would say Duelist since Luna has already taken up the "music healer" role in the game, but since she focuses on K-Pop and Alison makes Disco and Techno, she could definitely use some of her light-absorbing powers to fill up her and her teammates' health bars.
Or maybe they focus on giving her a more short-distance arsenal with his light being able to stun or blind enemies. But that's just my personal take. Either way, she would kick ass in this game
1: While Johnny is more iconic as a character, I think Robbie feels a lot more likeable relatable due to his personality and his backstory (having to take care of his disable brother while also juggling the responsibilities of being a Ghost Rider).
2: His experience as a mechanic could also add to his gameplay. Aside from his sick fire powers, he could also work and in close range with hammers, chains, and other tools.
3: His interactions with other characters (like Magik, Blade, Moon Knight) could be fun to see. Especially with characters in The Midnight Suns.
4: His car could make for a sick ultimate since it doesn't need to be part of his general gameplay. Imagine Robbie summons it and slams it into the enemy team, similar to Elsa's ult, except the car could leave a trail of fire and disappear after a certain distance.

These are my personal reasons but what do you guys think?
