This msg got sent to several unsaved contacts all at once and whatsapp chat support is useless. All o could do is log out of all devices and relogin.

Is there a way to prevent this and increase security going forward? I use an iphone and this happened on WA Business.

This started when i was new to the gym, over the years i’ve been on and off the gym. The back acne came a few yrs back, alrhough it has eased now, but has left marks all over my back. Can anyone suggest how to get rid of this?

Been doing standing calf raises every leg day but dont see progress, my gym has a sitting calf raise machine but i never feel my calves when doing it, dk why, any other exercises for calf development?
