What is the best way to get rid of water retention?

I was 128 pounds at the beginning of June but ever since I started walking 10,000 steps a day, I have weighed around 132 pounds. I figured that is water retention since I have been keeping the same deficit and was wondering how to minimize it. I’m about two weeks and into 10,000 steps a day challenge.

10k steps and water retention

I have been doing the 10k steps a day for a month challenge and I have noticed that I have not been loosing any weight. I am in a calorie deficit and strength train 3x a week.
(5’4 eating 1500 calories a day)
Is it true that you retain water for the first two weeks of doing the 10,000 steps a day challenge? Is that masking my results?

How do I know if I am in a calorie deficit?

I am trying to go from 130 - 120 lbs this year and finally have my average weight below 130 lbs. I eat 1650 calories per day including 100g of protein and strength train 3x a week.

I am 5’4 and weight around 128 at the moment. What are some signs that I am in a calories deficit and that fat is burning?

Package says it is delivered yet not at my mailbox

I ordered some clothes and I’m looking at their website and it says that my order has been delivered.
Every time I try to call them, they aren’t much help because they also say that my package was delivered yet I’m going to my mailbox and it’s not there.
It was supposed to arrive last Thursday

Has this happened to anyone before?

Is it healthy to eat less on maintenance days?

I am 130 pounds and 5’4 and my body fat percentage is around 25% with my BMR being 1330.
I try to walk 10,000 steps a day and lift three times a week aiming for back arms and legs. I also eat 1800 cal a day with 120g of protein per day.

On the days, I don’t work out, is it better to eat less? If so, how much should I eat per day?

Are flabby arms and PCOS related

Hello!
I have been to the doctor and she thinks that I have symptoms of PCOS. I have long, heavy periods, had ovarian cyst burst before, and gained 10 pounds when I’m on my period and have horrible acne.

A little bit about me: I am 5’4 and weigh 130 pounds. I eat 1800 cal a day and walk on the treadmill every day until I get to 10,000 steps while making sure my heart rate is in the right range to burn fat. I also go to the gym three times a week and lift.
With this plan, I was able to go from 145 to 130 pounds but right now I’m stuck. What motivated my weight loss journey was actually my flabby arms but they have stayed stagnant. They haven’t changed one bit despite my entire body changing.
I know genetics comes to play, but I also am having trouble going below 130 pounds. The scale hasn’t budged at all for about six months despite me doing all of that listed above.
Is that normal? Is there something I need to change my routine? Or is this something else related to PCOS? I also saw somewhere that girls with PCOS have their upper body store more fat, but I’m not sure if this is true. It did make me think of my arms though.

Trouble going from 130lbs - 120lbs

I (5'4, ~130lbs) have my goal weight set to 120lbs but am having problems even getting below 130lbs.

I am eating 1500 cal/day and plan to eat at least 90g of protein everyday, walk 10K steps per day, drink lots of water and avoid junk food

Is that a solid plan? Does anyone have advice or reasons on why my body is having trouble going below 120lbs? I have weighed that much before but gained weight from working out. My body fat percentage is ~25%.
