Hogwarts Castle with Interior | 8 Years of Work UPDATE

Last update that I had shared on this subreddit was almost 9 months ago before I had moved onto the rest of the Harry Potter locations. Since January of 2018, I’ve been working on this Hogwarts project that my sister challenged me to make. This is my tenth and final version (last nine were lost due to corrupted saves, switch from consoles, etc). What do you think of this build? I won’t be stopping with Hogwarts of course, as I’ll also be covering almost every confirmed location in the books, the movies, wiki, etc. I've already finished Privet Drive and Hogsmeade, and have begun London, Diagon Alley, Ilvermorny, and Beauxbatons. I plan on turning this into either a server or an adventure map.

Every inch of the Hogwarts Castle interior is filled with rooms and secret passages. The smallest details are ripped straight from the book descriptions. Worldedit and Axiom were used for the landscaping (prior to 9 months ago, it was all by hand).

If you all would like to see more of my ongoing project, you can check out my updates and showcases on Instagram “FunnyHappyStudiosYT”. ❤️

Disney says that “the bunny and snake are back”, implying that Gary will have a part in the third movie

I think this might be the stairs to the Kitchens and Hufflepuff Common Room we’ll see in GOF

The Great Hall is over on the left according to that bts model. So this being the stairs makes sense

Adult movie reviewers on YT are proof on why animation should only be for kids. Because children actually do better at paying attention to what they’re watching and pick up simple details faster.

Jokes aside, I thought it was made obvious that these three are villains in their respective movies. Skinner wanted to exploit the image of his dead friend on cheap microwaveable meals for profit. Gladys is an absolute miserable control freak who went against the law and even assaulted a cop. And blowing toys up is not autism. Sid just has an interest in explosives while being extremely violent and frequently bullying his sister.

My channel started blowing up last week and now I’m almost at 10k subs.

Aside from a Q&A, does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on how I could celebrate this potential milestone?

Is this the perfect head print for Zacharias Smith?

Blonde eyebrows, distinct from Malfoy’s face print, and captures Smith’s haughty expression.

I have a funny Wildhopps idea but I can’t animate

I’ve had this hilarious idea ever since I first watched Little Shop of Horrors a few months ago, where you take the song “Somewhere That’s Green” but replace Audrey with Judy and Seymour with Nick. You have them doing the same exaggerated gestures and movements like Judy brushing her paws around that toaster, or Nick laughing and shaking his head as he closes their children’s bedroom door. Cherry on top: have Finnick take the dog’s place wearing that rabbit costume from the second movie. And all this is Judy’s imagination as it cuts back to her apartment.

I just think this would be a hilarious concept to see come to life. But unfortunately I do not know how to animate, nor do I have any money to commission. Idk, what do you all think about this idea?

My June recap despite being on a break

Briefly taking some time off YouTube for personal reasons and halted my uploads. And yet, this is my June recap

Kinda wished James’s Disney ranking included these fellas

Having the rule of one villain per film is completely justified since there is so many of them. But given that he bent the rule for Pixar (Monsters Inc) and Dreamworks (Over the Hedge, Last Wish, etc), it kinda makes me disappointed he didn’t talk about a few of these secondary Disney villains. Ones who aren’t affiliated with the story’s main villain and have their own agenda; thus making them not fall under the “henchmen” category. Heck, he basically broke this rule with Lady and the Tramp.

-Kaa is a very underrated villain in my personal opinion if you take in his lethal abilities and acknowledge how truly sinister his intent is. And James was going on about how cool and more likable King Louie was than Shere Khan. I’m sure James would’ve liked to have spent a minute or so talking about the goat of the jungle himself.

-Pinocchio’s other two villains are ones I also feel needed to be addressed and talked about. One traffic’s children in the form of donkeys, and the other - while a huge Italian stereotype - has been memed in the YouTube Poop community. I could easily see James making a joke comparing him to Morshu from cdi Zelda.

-While it was hilarious seeing his disappointment at not talking about Tamatoa, what was stopping him other than the one villain per movie rule he established earlier? Let the guy have some fun.

Do you think there’s going to be a repeat of SpongeBob’s fate with Bluey where things went downhill after three seasons and a movie?

Idk I could so easily picture of a timeline where this could happen, thanks to corporate interference.
