New Dispo questions. Hi I am planning on exiting the inner KCMO Dispensary selections due to multiple crap batches of Rosin from virtually every dispo and every brand in the Westport, Midtown, Plaza area, Basically any Dispo in KCMO Proper.

So I asked Reddit which dispos they use and most answered either KCC or Nature Med. I live very far from both and thew closest 2 are the KCC Up at I29 just by the airport and the Nature Med on NE Vivion RD (not the gladstone one, the one further south in NKC). So are these two going to be as good as the other Nature Med and the other KCC?

Also which one has first time visitor best deal? Cause that will probably be the one I go to.

Why is KC proper, Westport, plaza, downtown, nkc, and as far oit as 119th ( where FTE and Proper are) is the rosin half the time dried up and crusty? Its not just one dispo, its pretty much all of them in kcmo proper. Even if there BB dates are still good? Do dispos on pre-order take them put of fridge and put them back in at the end of the day? Are all kcmo dispos not storing it right?

Im half the time disappointed. By Rosin in Kc. Last Crusty batch I got was from swade NKC but I've been to all of them. It does not seem to matter what brand it is.

No matter how many videos I watch to rid myself of these fears I can still scream when I see a spider. I was bit by a black widow at 5 and took the antivenom as it was killing me. I can not use the anti venom again for black widow and as such with the hospital for 3 days and the pain etc.. I have not been able to come to grips with spiders since. I am now 50. I have tried all my life to overcome my fear by watching them, seeing them move etc, that they still freak me out. What is the best spider to get bit by for your first time? I need dramatic exposure.

I have been reading the reviews online for my property and all of them have to do with getting sued and evicted after they moved. My property issues renewals but to get a month to month rate after a year they charge double yhe amount it would have been for a month on an annual lease. 6 month is 50% more and 3 month is 80 percent more.

Making it impossible to save to move. How do I move out of here without an eviction on my record? It does not seem possible. Conversely how do I fight said eviction so it does not go on report?

So my lease is up in October. I have lived here 6 years. I have renewed 6 times. It is getting to be too expensive and I am trying to save for a ch7 to get out of this financial meltdown I appear to be having. Can anyone help me because I Kansas even though the maintenance has neglected things so bad that Wear and Tear Is my final option. There is a small dry wall hole in the bathroom BUT the carpets are a mess it is well documented that they are supposed to have carpet clean at ever renewal. They have never come. I told them there were folds in the
Carpet that the carpet needed to be stretched out and corrected. One folded spot has about a 6x6 hole in it. to where i se the cushion. The property carpet inspection said it was fine, I showed him the fold under the bedroom door and he said it was fine. This was 3 years ago. The fold eventually wore down to the under mat.

Also They did not provide a 24 hour notice I worked until 5:30 pm, Got home, No notice on the door, I was headed out to work and the notice was on the door. So sometime between 6 and 7pm they dropped the notice for the next day. I had absolutely no time to get my dog over to my neighbor so the Maintenance decided to go in anyway even with warning signs post. Well they locked her in the bedroom and I guess she freaked out because being locked in by strangers she decided to take out 3 feet of door trim because she was probably scared. I documented this as well.

I don't believe any of this is my fault. except for the dry wall holes in the bathroom that I can repair myself. So when I move what can be wear and tear I don't want a big bill But they have neglected this units maintenance. I have read the google reviews for my property and they are really serious about collecting money, . What would be the best course of action here? I do not expect a deposit returned. Also my dog is for medical service. I have seizure and she can somehow smell it or otherwise If she does not give me the warning, she has my medicine in a collar bag.

Whats a good pick?

I think I have found the perfect Terp synergy with these flavoniods. Does anyone know what terps are typically found in this? I like it because they rarely cause couch lock and are relaxing and laughy. Wha Terps make up those types of strains? I am on Cali Raisins #4 from Robust and Sangria from Robust. The Cali Raisin is more gassy than the Sangria and I like it a bit better, but the Sangria is a grape strain too. Just not gas.

Anyone seen anything by either recently? They did well in the hash. But not lately?

I am curious which type is more attractive in the Midwest. Is it more Kush or more Diesel. I prefer Kush and Purples. But Kush even though the OG was Florida It is mainly a West Coast boom in the 90's. On the Other hand the Gas and Diesel was more of an East coast thing. I don't know why. This is kinda why I Like Chem D but prefer the Kush. I do not prefer Sour D. even though Chem D is used to grow Sour. Just curious. I wanted to make this a poll but could not figure it out.
