Cooked I tell you!

Hello my name is Griffin and I'm in desperate need of some help. I live in Jaroso Colorado. It's on the southern border. My dog Riley is sick and in need of very important medication. I unfortunately don't have a running vehicle at the moment. I need to find a way to lajara so I can pick up her prescription. I don't know what else to do. I can't lose my girl she's my everything. I just need to pick her up some meds to stop infection. I'm begging you please help me save my girl.
