I came back to this website after like 8 months, and my town is just a sports logo and an ai generated character. can i redraw my art in the center of their art and/or logo, or would that be bannable?

I need it for just one or two 20min rides, because I'll be driving my friends home after a party, and one of my seatbelts got chewed apart by my fuckass cat, Burt. If I can't use rope, is there a way to use something else, so I don't get a fine for driving someone without a seatbelt?

I've had my Dachshund, Burt, for over 12 years, and he's generally very cooperative and well behaved. He spends most of his time minding his own business, but ever since we moved, every time I go to the toilet to drop a deuce, he rushes over and scratches at the door and barks until I open the door. If I do open the door, he proceeds to stare at me like I did something to him, and if I don't, he keeps barking at me afterwards for a couple of minutes. I have no idea why he does this, and any attempts to try to fix this failed. What's weird, is that he never did this in our old home, doesn't do this to anyone else pooping (guests or family), and only does this to me when I'm pooping, not anything else. I tried masking the sound, or going quietly at night, but he's always somehow alerted of my wrongdoing..? Do I take him to the vet? Is he autistic? What do I do??? I swear, I'm the only one that he shames, and he never did this before we moved (about 2 months ago). I can't have him howl at me the next time we have guests. Also, as I said, he's usually cooperative and quite smart, but THIS is like the only thing he refuses to stop doing, despite the bribes and punishments he's received for doing this over the past month. How do I stop him?
