Okay, so im using dell' latitude 5491, 516gb RAM 8gb ROM. for 2-3 years now. Four days earlier, it stopped working completely and wouldn't even turn on and would heat up all the way up. I got a heatburn from it, too (like not actual, but it was extremely heating up). I went to the laptop repair shop, and he said it has something to do with the motherboard if it's not working properly. It took him two days, and it still didn't fix anything, and later on, he said that the laptop had some issues with the charging port. But my laptop is still nIdk what i should do. He returned my laptop and didn't charge anything. I have some important data in it. How can i retrieve it? It's showing this:

"No bootable devices found.

Press F1 key to retry boot.

Press F2 key for setup utility.

Press F5 key to run onboard diagnostics." On screen, and i dont want to lose my personal data by pressing the wrong button.<

My skin type is combination skin, but idk why it's becoming more oily day by day. I can't seem to find a good sunscreen too for combo to oily skin. Every time i apply it, i sweat a lot or worse. It looks like im wearing grease on my face. Suggest good skincare products for oil control and sunscreens for oily to combo skin.
