I do not have any friends in my college. Because I am an introvert so how can I become an extrovert.
Please anybody help I am not able to understand this subject in my class.

I am a student of Btech CSE core from SRMIST Delhi ncr campus and my 1st and 2nd year have gone really very bad because I went into depression and had a minor brain hemorrhage due to which my half body was partially paralyzed so I have to drop my 3rd year and now I am going to take readmission in the third year and also give 11 backlog papers at the same time during my third year papers , so please any body can suggest how can I improve my CGPA. Currently my CGPA is 3.5
