What happened to celebrities when Gilead took over?

In season 6, June and Moira talk about celebrities like Rihanna. Were they treated like everyone else and sent to the colonies, econo areas, etc. or were they sent to work in the houses of the high up commanders? Perhaps they got out before it all went down.

Period cramps when pooping after stopping birth control

I recently stopped taking an oral contraceptive(Hailey Fe) after 8 years. This is my first month off of it and whenever I eat a spicy or heavy meal, I have to poop urgently soon after and I have been getting what feels like period cramps front and back during the bowel movement and for a while after. This never happened while on birth control and it’s only when I eat heavy or spicy meals. Could it be my uterus getting back to its normal cycle?

Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria and Hashimotos

Does anyone here have CSU and hashimotos? I’m trying to find a way to get rid of them since it’s linked to my immune system. Not sure if anyone has had any success?

Parentified during youth INFJs… how were you able to move on and have kids of your own?

I was parentified at a very young age. No fault of my family, just the circumstances we were handed. However, this led to me not having a normal youth. I didn’t get to learn about who I am or have a chance to make mistakes. It’s now time to start thinking of having my own kids. But something feels like I will be giving up so much. I am just now feeling like I can focus on myself and learn who I am. I only have a few years left to have kids. I know I want them. But I also need to learn who I am too. I don’t think this feeling of self searching will ever go away. So I can’t wait until I “find myself” to have kids. Anyone have a similar situation?

What is an effective workout?

How do you know if your workout was effective? Does it have to be a certain amount of minutes? Do you have to sweat? Do you have to be out of breath? Can it be gardening or does it have to be lifting weights and running on a treadmill? I know of many cultures that can live their normal life without working out and are very healthy. In the USA it seems like you can’t do that due to the average lifestyle so you have to have a gym.

Can someone, in simple terms, explain what makes a workout effective for fat loss and cardio fitness?

Do INFJs feel like they have a special purpose?

Does anyone else feel like they have some sort of special purpose on earth? I feel like I have been searching my whole life for what this could be but I’m just a normal person with no really special skills. I love my life so it’s not about missing out on something important. But I have always had this feeling that I have some special calling. I know it’s probably just me romanticizing life and feeling like a main character. But I can’t help but wonder if other INFJs feel this too.

Can people please share testimonies of healing?

I was recently diagnosed with two auto immune diseases and they are affecting my every day life. I have anxiety about them. I pray for healing and if not, then peace. No healing has come but I still trust in God. I need encouragement and testimonies of healing and stories of endurance through sickness.

Has anyone quit birth control while dealing with CSU?

I have read online that it can make them better or worse, but there’s no way to know until you do it. Just wanted to see if anyone has any experience with this.

I recently heard that up to 50% of people don’t have an inner monologue. I can’t imagine an INFJ not having one. If you don’t, share your experience in the comments!

What does the Bible say about the husband providing for the family?

I know that in the Bible it talks about women working. However, many traditional Christians nowadays don’t want the wives working and then men provide for the household. Which is right? Is it wrong if the husband is a stay at home parent and the wife provides?
