Hey y’all, trying to find out how much I’m actually taking. I’ve been using a flavored raw leaf powder. The ingredients are listed as m. Speciosa, proprietary flavor blend, and sucralose. It comes with a scoop and the serving size says 1 scoop (4 grams). I ordered some once and they sent some capsules as a little freebie. The serving size for those was 5 capsules (2.5 grams).

Is it reasonable to assume that the scoop has approx 2.5 grams of actual leaf and about 1.5 grams of the flavoring?

Does anybody else find it particularly disappointing and disrespectful to see so many people claiming veganism is “white” and “colonial” on the anniversary of the day that these activists (including children) were murdered by the state when animal liberation was a core part of their belief system? I sure as fuck do.

I feel like I often see this event (rightfully) highlighted as an egregious example of police brutality against Black radical organizations and I feel like the fact that they believed in animal liberation is often conveniently left out of the conversation.
