TikTok or Reddit—which one is telling the truth???

I’ve been seeing a lot of negative TikTok videos about Indians in Canada. In one video, someone commented that if they walked into a Tim Hortons and saw that all the employees were Indian, they would stop going to that location. That comment got a huge number of likes.

But when I made a post on an Ontario subreddit asking what people thought about that kind of behavior, most of the replies said it was racist or discriminatory and criticized it. The post was eventually removed.

So which one reflects reality? TikTok or Reddit? Which platform is a better representation of what people actually think?
