Any new patch coming?

I really want to like this game but at the moment, I'm so frustrated. I used the sliders to try to help with the pass blocking but have no time. Also when I am able to pass, my WR just drops the ball over and over. Passing as a whole is broken. I was wondering if there will be a patch soon to address these issues?

Very odd bug

I am not sure if anyone else experienced this but I was playing a career and got up to rank 14 and had just won my first Wimbledon match. Then I decided to download Serena Williams from the community. I played a game or two as her just for fun. However, when I went back to my career, it switched to a scene that showed Serena being told that now even though she was now number one she still had to practice lol.. I have no idea how she showed up in my career and my character was gone. I lost my player, my rank, everything. I ended up having to delete my career. I had to start a new career with a new made up player.

Input switching issue?

I have had my QM8L for around a week and a half now. I have had a lot of tvs in my life and I will say this is my favorite TV ever. That's saying a lot considering this tv replaced my Sony Bravia S95L which won the tv shootout two years in a row recently. ( Put it in my basement)

Anyhow, I discovered something that shouldn't happen. It's an easy fix but I was wondering if anyone else has encountered this? The issue is when I start playing a game on my Xbox Series X or my PS5. It will automatically switch to the game mode which it's supposed to do. However, when I return back to my Apple TV or OTA or the home page of the tv, it will always switch back to movie mode. The problem is i don't use movie mode setting. It should switch back to the filmmaker setting that I am using. I tried, vivid, standard, intelligent and sports and it doesn't seem to make a difference. It will always switch back to the movie setting once I leave my game console no matter which one I'm using.

With the input more button on the side of the remote, it's a very easy fix but I'm wondering why I have to when it should return to the picture setting I was using before hand.

Trophy Case?

Is there anywhere I can see the tournaments I won and the trophies? I can't seem to find it anywhere. It would be nice to go back and see what I won in offline mode.

My QM8L Arrived yesterday

Finally got my 75 Inch QM8L yesterday. I used it a lot yesterday and watched a World Cup Match as well. I played my Xbox Series X and my PS5 on it.

I ran into one problem that might make me send it back??? When I was going into the settings, the screen suddenly started flickering. I backed out and went to a different input. ( I was alternating between the home page and my Apple tv) Then went back to the settings and they were fine. I ran into this problem twice again.

Once I had the settings where I wanted them. I gave the tv a break. When I was trying it out last evening, I would occasionally go back into my settings but had no problem every time I tried last evening. So I am not sure what was up with that? Anyhow, I think if just occasionally I go to the settings page, it seems to be fine. Perhaps because it was new I was during it too often till I got the settings I wanted? I don't think it will be a problem once I decide where I want them set, then just leave them alone. That's what I've always done with past tvs.

As far as the picture and everything else goes? Oh my, I am blown away! I love a bright TV but even I went in and turned down the brightness to where I was comfortable.

I have a Sony Bravia S95L that won as the top TV two years in a row. I took it to the basement because it was a 65 and I wanted a 75. I thought I would regret putting my Sony in the basement room because it has an amazing picture and I kept telling myself not to be disappointed because the QM8L wouldn't be able to match it but in all honesty, I like the 8L better.

So I have no regrets so far. I just hope the flickering settings page doesn't happen again but I don't plan on going into them much if at all anymore because I have it now where I want it and everything looks amazing. Like the old saying says, it's it's not broke, don't try to fix it.

Free TV heads up and Warning

I just ordered a 75 inch QM8L from Bestbuy. Currently there is a bonus or promotion or whatever you want to call it for 30 free days of Fubo and a 55 inch Q651G when you buy the QM8L.

However, I found it to be quite a hassle. When I first ordered online, there was no mention of the 55 inch being included in the sale. Of course the free 30 Fubo was there. So I called BB CS and the lady I talked to lied to me. She said the promotion won't start till next week in July. I told her that wasn't true because I was literally looking at it on the website to make sure there were no strings attached that I didn't see initially. Then she asked what website I saw it. I told her Bestbuys.

Then I chatted with someone on Bestbuy and the guy said it should have been added automatically.

I ended up just going to my local Bestbuy and they added it with no problem.

So if you're thinking about getting one. I would avoid online. The sales lady at my local Bestbuy said I was the second person in their store with the same story.

Hope this helps someone.

Settings Question?

I am about to buy a 75 inch QM8L. I currently have a Sony. With my Sony, I can put my settings where I like. If I want to bump up the color, brightness ect. I can choose to do it for just one particular input or make it for all of them.

I was wondering if I change my settings on my new QM8L , can I do it for all the inputs or would I have to go in and change each one individually? I am hoping it gives me the option of doing an individual for an input or making my adjustments for each input the same.

Thanks..

Still no Dragon this season?

I understand Dragon had to be with his family last season. I am not sure why? All I remember was some health concerns with his boy? I am not even sure if that's correct? However, I watched the season's first episode and noticed he's still not back with the group. I hope that doesn't mean there are still health problems with his family. If so, I really hope things go well and they can get healthy again. It's best he still be with his family if that's still the case, they are more important than the show, but I do miss seeing him.

Favorite game/ year?

I am really disappointed in 26. So I went back into my game library and found I have 16, 17, 19, 21, 22, 25 and my current 26. I installed them all on my Xbox and have been playing them a lot. I want to start a season even though I am half way through a season on 26 on my PS5. I have found that 19 is probably my favorite and think that is the game I will use. I was wondering what your favorite year is? Which is your favorite hockey game?

I was wondering how many of you are more of a collector than a player? I often see pictures and posts of people with hundreds of games. I am thinking they are more of a collector than an actual player. There is nothing wrong with that, in fact I think that's really cool. I am somewhat a collector myself I guess because, I have a lot of games but only play a handful. I have a ton of PS 2 games and I keep buying. Same way with my 360. I love to have them but in reality, I play my Xbox Series X and PS 5 games way more often.
