I’ve seen Raya and the Last Dragon and I'm currently binging Kamen Rider Revise, and both have something similar. They have some side characters who are sort of cosmic and beyond normal humans, Sisu and Vice, and they are meant to be entertaining. And yet, I didn't care for Sisu and enjoyed Vice, with them being on the same type of commentary antics.

Going online, people also share a similar opinion. Sisu was annoying, but Vice was entertaining, with a vocal minority saying he was annoying. So, my question is the same as the title.

Why does Sisu fail but Vice work? I wanna have my own cosmic character who’s goofy and these two feel like a coin. The bad side and the good side

And please don’t just say Awkwafina. It’s not a wrong answer, but I think it goes deeper than just actors/voice actors
