Anyone else get tummy cramps from eating raw ramen blocks?

I'm wondering if this is just me, but for years I liked eating the raw bricks of ramen just out of the package (the cheap Ando ramen bricks). It never gave me a problem before but recently ive noticed stomach cramps and a bit of diarrhea after eating it like that. However, even half cooked ramen bricks dont give me that problem (and I never eat the flavoring packets either since I hear thats where the bulk of the sodium resides). Can anyone else relate?

Just finished Ivalice Chronicles and I have a Q about the Big Bad...

Posted this on Steam too but the discussion forums are a little quiet so I thought id post here.

I'm a little confused, why did Altima need Alma, specifically, for a host? I can understand why she needed a lot of bloodshed because she's more powerful than the other Lucavi and she's their leader as the Angel of Blood, but why would she need Alma's body? From what I understand none of the other Lucavi have that requirement, there was nothing linking Belias to Wiegraf before he took the stone, for instance, and the auracite respond to anyone's wish, like Rapha resurrecting Marach. So what was special about Alma and Virgo?

Speaking of Alma, this is just a personal pondering I had, but I wonder, since the new narration they added had Ramza saying he and Alma would pass down their story to "families of [their] own," do you think Alazlam is a descendant of both Orran Durai and either Ramza or Alma? I wonder if somewhere along the line one of either of their descendants married one of Orran's, or even if Alma ended up with Orran somehow and fell pregnant by him, since she wasn't labeled a heretic like Ramza was and was given a proper "burial."
