With all the faults of the final season, I can't wait to see what's next for the rest of the cast of The Boys, especially Anthony Starr.
The first Forbidden Door will always be special. The build to this PPV was subpar, yet it was still hype.
This was the PPV that had:
- Swerve in our Glory
- PAC as inaugural All-Atlantic Championship (When it was still called "All Atlantic")
- FTR getting their IWGP tag team championship
- a FUN match between Dudes with Attitudes (Darby, Sting, Shingo Takagi) and Bullet Club
- That time Thunder Rosa beat Toni Storm
- WILL OSPREAY VS ORANGE CASSIDY
- Claudio Castagnoli's debut in AEW vs Zack Sabre Jr which was GREAT
And second to the last to that list, is the SWITCHBLADE, the HANGMAN, THE RAINMAKER, and ADAM COLE BAYBAY in a four way for the IWGP world heavyweight title. Even after all the matches that night, the crowd was on fire for this match. Loud "Holy shit" chants with just the four of them facing off in the ring. This was the four way version of the Danielson vs Omega Grand Slam match in terms of the crowd cheers. This match was great and it's unfortunate that Adam Cole got injured or concussed mid match which resulted in the abrupt finish.
I still remember how hyped I was going into this match. That Jay White reveal on a Dynamite going through Forbidden Door was HYPE.
Later that night we had Moxley vs Hiroshi Tanahashi which was also hype.
God I miss Adam Cole. I hope he recovers soon and see him in the ring again at some point.

Funny story, I was using my airbrush cleaner when suddently it spilled on some of the parts and surprise surprise, the parts either melted or glued together. Apparently tamiya airbrush cleaner and plastic cements almost have the same effect, but worse on plastic.
So for anyone who owns both changlong and bandai versions of this, are all parts compatible with their counterpart? Especially the backpack and shoulder area, as well as the mouthpiece (the white one).
Note that I just want changlong to be some sort of source of replacement parts and not paint it per se, the bandai one is special to me because it's one of the few gundams I bought with my first paycheck.
Can anyone confirm if this parts are interchangable for both of them? It would be really appreciated 🥹🙏
- If the whole backpack of Changlong Nu is compatible
- If the Changlong shoulder part is compatible
- If the Changlong mouthguard is compatible
She was AWESOME at the Casino Gauntlet match and I loved that a lot of people were cheering for her. I wish Tam was still around and add her on my list. I miss AZM in AEW too, and I still thank her for awakening something in Toni in her reign. Saya Kamitani can work well with the babyfaces of AEW women's division I think. SLK is just all around a joy to watch everytime. I added Hanan because I think she's awesome as well.
Still working on my barbatos lupus but I'm actually afraid it won't look as good as I'm hoping it would be. Hope I'm wrong though.
I tried using ultrasonic cleaner to "remaster" one of my previous works and I wanna strip all the paint I did before. I tried pouring 99% IPA and drowned the parts for 5 mins but the paint still doesn't come off cleanly. What would be the better and correct way of stripping down paint from my parts? Do I just use purely the IPA in the ultrasonic cleaner or do I add water to submerge the parts?
- I used 99% IPA
- My previous work was composed of Lacquer paints of different brands
- I tried using toothbrush
- Some parts are painted using gundam marker

I was a college student back then and it was the peak of those Goku UI memes, I wasn't really a wrestling fan that time because my only exposure to wrestling was WWE and it was miserable back then. It's also kinda funny how I know everyone's names involved in this match now.
Dude really showed up to Tanahashi's retirement and never returned again. It's time. The Bang Bang Gang needs it's leader.
As for Mercedes, selfishly I dont want her to return to the fed. And I still wanna see her holding the AEW women's world title by All In and beyond. I see Mercedes potentially being a HUGE babyface going to All In and show how desperately she wants that world title.
I really hope they return here someday. Add this to the catalogue of awesome small venues for AEW.
