my psyche put me on 20mg for a two week trial because i’m autistic and ADHD is often comorbid, i have almost all Adhd symptoms. I also have catastrophizing anxiety where my mind will tell me vyvanese will raise my heart rate to unsafe levels. i have a good resting heart rate (80-90) but when im very anxious i can push it to 130-140.

anyways, what does 20mg do to your heart rate? any words of advice to calm me down so i can take my first dose?
