Me again…anyone have this in yellow gold plating? How has it held up?
Grey moissanite-anyone willing to share a picture of which shade you picked?

First round LGD set! She’s firey and prefect!
2.35 D VS1 round lab diamond from Aurelinne. Had it swapped with a moissanite that was in a solid gold setting. May opt for a different setting down the road, but this will
do for now :) can’t stop looking at it!!
What kind of Opal is this?
Jeweler said this is jelly opal, would you agree? Does not exhibit fluorescence or phosphorescence. I know not all opals do this, my concern is that it may be synthetic. Feedback appreciated!
Luvansh update-they refunded the cost of the setting! ❤️
I had posted a few days ago regarding the wonky setting my stone arrived in. I emailed Luvansh about it, and they also reached out via Reddit chat after seeing the post. Initially they wanted me to send the ring back to have it fixed but I was not on board for that. I pushed for a refund to have it fixed locally and to my surprise, THEY AGREED TO A SETTING REFUND!!!
Beyond happy they didn’t right thing to resolve the problem. Thank you everyone who commented, gave advice and shared your own issues. I truly hope they monitor quality inspections more closely and continue to resolve issues in a way that best serves the customer.
The ring is now in the hands of a trusted local jeweler who I’m working with to make a custom setting. I love the stone, it has all the qualities I was looking for in an OMC. Before dropping it off I got some pictures of it during sunset ❤️
Does this fluted band work with this larger oval shape??
My favorite opal trilogy ring-dated to late 1700s
Took this to a jeweler to have one of the stones tightened and discovered this ring is older than I thought. Seller thought it was from the late 1800s-early 1900s. However, under close inspection my jeweler dated it to the late 1700s-early 1800s.
He did not recommend tightening the stone due to the age of the ring and said it was only slightly lose. I don’t wear it very often because I would be heart broken if I lost one of the stones.
I’ve loved opals as long as I’ve remembered (also my birthstone) and to me, these are the most beautiful opals I’ve ever seen. Truly one of my most cherished pieces.

**update-Luvansh messaged me via Reddit chat after coming across my post. They want me to send it back to have it repaired. Hesitant since they’re the ones that sent it to me in such poor shape. I’d prefer a refund towards have it fixed locally-anyone have experience getting a refund or partial refund from Luvansh??**
Found a gorgeous elongated OMC on Luvansh and decided to have it set. BIG mistake, should have just gotten the loose stone sent and had a setting made by someone I trust.
Anyone else have this experience?? I’m assuming there’s no quality control inspections, otherwise this should have never been sent the way it is. Wanted to post to save others from choosing their settings, the quality is absolutely AWFUL.
I have sent an email expressing my frustration that I actually spent money on something that looks this bad, hoping for a refund on the setting.
I’ve recently fallen in LOVE with Marquis cuts and am wanting a bolder option to have in the rotation. With a design like this I’m having a hard time imagining what band to wear with it-none of the ones I have go with it at all. Does anyone just wear their engagement ring without a wedding band?? Or should I just wear it as a right hand ring?
I’ve never had a ring with side stones this size, not going to lie-they’re slightly uncomfortable. I love the center stone and height of the setting. Is removing the side stones an option ( I know NOTHING about this stuff, apologies if this is a stupid question). Or is it recommend to have the center stone reset?
Received this ring from DovEggs yesterday…I was positive I was going to love it and even had it done in solid gold. The setting is gorgeous, that I do love. The stone however is not doing it for me. Went with square cushion OMC, which looked very different in the video IMO. I adore OMC elongated cushion cuts and thought this would fall in line. In person it just seems so dull and glassy. Not sure if i should return and get a different cut or test it out for a while longer.
Just received a 10k gold antique style ring with a cushion cut moissanite, but unexpectedly I dislike the stone. I have a loose round diamond similar in size to this stone and curious if it’s possible to modify to accommodate the round shape? Hope this isn’t a terribly stupid question, I know very little about this kind of thing and feedback is greatly appreciated.
