Hey everyone coversheets the single most annoying painstaking sheet of a set I created a way to get occupancy quickly it saves me like 2 hours each project now sharing with everyone tell me does this help or do you have an easier way to calculate occupant load

I created a program called insta preview it can be found at instapreview.co it helps give a pre review of architectural and engineering plans prior to submitting for approval with the local governing authorities it helps catch errors that might go unseen, and then be returned with a rejection letter for corrections. We’ve tested it as my background is I work for a nationwide architecture and construction firm and have an exposure to many building departments across the country. I spent a long time building, detailed libraries of building codes, procedures, and common items that come across on rejection letters to guide the report we deliver. We do not rely on AI we have our information vetted constantly by licensed professionals at no point that we consider this a catch and it’s a guide not a guarantee, but in our experience of testing it against sending plans in for actual review, the system is caught between 90% and 100% of the comments delivered so in my opinion, it definitely saves time and money. Just curious if this is a product that anyone would find useful.

I built a program https://www.instapreview.co/ it has all the codes and procedures of every jurisdiction in the country and it gives an initial plan review to see what is missing from your plans prior to submitting. E have actually tested it against plans that were reviewed in different building departments across the country and in our tests it caught almost all the items plan reviewers indicated during the actual review. I think this is a good tool to help streamline things for professionals and help with drafter fatigue after starting at a set of plans for so long. Please let me know thoughts

I’m new to building and I spent almost a year creating this program to read architectural blueprints and tell you any code issues before you submit to the building department to save time and money.
