Matt didn’t even know her name was Kenedy😂. I think it had a lot of potential as Kenedy is a pretty large influencer that has had controversial things said about her based on her actions and hasn’t been on a lot of podcast before and Matt and Abby could’ve done so much more with her.

I have the Fenty Skin Tint rn and It’s just too light. I used the Pixi skin tint and feel like it oxidizes over time. I also used Hourglass tint and it made me oily

I have my first roundtable next week - Looking for any insight- How long do we spend on each person? Do we go deep down into the details or is it more of high level a no concern about this person, next? Do the partners/HR ask a ton of questions back after I gave a high level summary on my counselee?
