



I have a weird issue with my LG UltraGear 27GS85Q-B connected through DisplayPort to an RX 7800 XT.
Randomly I get a very short horizontal black/white static-like line across the FULL width of the screen for around 0.3 seconds. It appears in random vertical positions (sometimes top, sometimes bottom). Sometimes it happens once, sometimes several times in a few seconds.

Looking for a PC game from roughly 2000–2005.
It was a sci-fi RTS or tactical RTS with a fixed isometric camera. The graphics were noticeably more advanced than StarCraft and used 3D models or pre-rendered 3D graphics rather than simple sprites.
The game took place on a hostile alien planet, which I remember as brownish jungle or green. I do not remember any space combat; the gameplay was entirely planet-side.
You controlled a human faction using mostly blue, white, and gray military vehicles. I remember tanks, hovercraft, walkers/mechs, and aircraft. I do not remember infantry being important, and there may not have been any infantry at all.
The enemy faction consisted of insectoid or bug-like aliens. Some alien units looked like living artillery creatures with biological mouth-cannons built into their bodies. I also vaguely remember the aliens having stationary organic defenses.

I do not remember base building or resource gathering. Missions may have started with a predefined force and only limited reinforcements rather than building a huge army from scratch.
I remember the game being fairly difficult. The alien faction felt stronger than the human faction in a straight fight, and I often had the impression that the humans were outmatched technologically or biologically. Winning seemed to require careful tactics, positioning, and preserving units rather than simply producing a larger army. This is one of the reasons I suspect the game may have had limited reinforcements or a stronger tactical focus than a typical RTS.
The overall feeling was similar to StarCraft's Terrans fighting a Zerg-like race, but with more advanced graphics and a stronger focus on vehicles and tactical combat.

The pole will be filled with sphagum moss. I wish to insert into soil and allow nephenthes to grow in it like vine. My ventrara is right now around 80cm tall I hope that by doing so it will get more light it will grow better and have more pitchers. How do I force nepthentes to penetrate and start growing through the moss pole?
Ventrara from two years ago fresh from the shop and the one from today. What should I do to make traps darker and more red?
Looking for opinions on my female C. cyaneopubescens, around 4 years old and ~5 cm DLS/body size (estimate).
She molted successfully about 1–2 months ago and has eaten at least once since the molt. Recently she has become very inactive and refuses food.
Current observations:

Does this sound like normal post-molt fasting/inactivity, dehydration, stress from husbandry, or something else? Has anyone had an adult female GBB go through a similar period of inactivity while still maintaining a normal-looking abdomen?
At the moment I keep:
All plants are grown in an approximately 80-liter enclosure placed on the windowsill of a southwest-facing window (around 240° orientation). The window is covered by a thin white semi-transparent curtain that diffuses the sunlight.
The bottom of the enclosure contains a permanent reservoir of rainwater with a layer of LECA/clay pebbles above it. The plants are kept in separate saucers and never come into direct contact with the water at the bottom of the enclosure. The reservoir is only there to help increase the overall humidity. I use rainwater exclusively for both watering and misting.
The enclosure has permanent ventilation openings: approximately 12 holes near the top and 12 near the bottom on the shorter sides, for a total of around 24 holes. Each hole is roughly 2 cm in diameter.
I also have two lids:
I would appreciate advice on how best to manage these lids. For example, when it would be preferable to use the ventilated lid versus the solid one, and whether there are situations where partially opening or sliding the lid would be beneficial for balancing humidity and airflow.
If I leave the ventilated lid fully closed, condensation typically forms on the walls around midday, similar to the fogging seen on a bathroom mirror after a hot shower. The enclosure currently maintains around 75% humidity.
The enclosure is not heated or supplemented with grow lights at the moment. Room temperature is maintained naturally, although temperatures rise somewhat when the sun reaches the window. I do own a red-spectrum orchid grow light, but I am not currently using it.
I mist the enclosure with rainwater every two days, usually in the morning and evening. The rainwater reservoir at the bottom remains permanent.
For watering, I water the Nepenthes ventrata and Nepenthes Gaya approximately once per week, keeping the substrate consistently moist but not waterlogged. Any excess water that collects in the saucers is removed.
One of my Nepenthes ventrata has recently produced the largest pitcher I have seen since I started growing Nepenthes. The pitcher is still developing and has not opened yet. Its outer surface feels slightly dry or papery, but it continues to grow and I do not see any browning, shriveling, or signs that development has stopped. There are also several other pitchers currently forming on the plant.
Interestingly, this large pitcher appeared during a period when I was paying less attention to the enclosure and making fewer adjustments than usual.
My main focus is the long-term health and pitcher production of the Nepenthes ventrata and Nepenthes Gaya. The Gaya is currently recovering after being purchased from a hardware/garden store in very poor condition. The substrate was extremely compacted, almost rock hard, and the root system appeared to have very little access to air. Since repotting and improving conditions, it has been recovering gradually.
I would greatly appreciate your thoughts on the current setup and whether you would recommend any changes regarding ventilation, humidity management, watering practices, lighting, or general care for these species.
