Hear me out. 10 DPO

Thought this was a BFN but I think i see a hint of red dye?? Could be my eyes playing tricks on me. Talk some sense into me, or be delulu with me, lol.

When i had a chemical, you could see a shadow on these even when my hcg was as low as 2.

Currently in Ectopic or Chemical limbo

This f*cking sucks.

I am 29, found out I was pregnant last Saturday. Was obviously super excited and happy. However, my tests stayed faint and if they progressed, it was only marginally.

Started spotting on Thursday, called my OB, and was scheduled for beta testing. Took my first draw on Friday. Hcg levels were 11. Based on my LMP I am about 5+1 today, but I know for a fact I ovulated on either July 6 or 7, because I did LH testing.

Today, the bleeding had escalated and so had the cramps, so we went to the ER where they did a second beta draw and it was 13. They were not able to see anything on ultrasound so was labeled PUL. Doctor said it is either a chemical but cannot rule out an ectopic yet and to follow up with my usual OB for second draw on Monday.

I am home now, and my gut feeling is chemical because the cramps and bleeding align both in timing and intensity with my usual period, but obviously will follow up on Monday. Like I can walk, talk, eat, do chores, etc and it just feels like my normal period that can be handled with ibuprofen and rest.

I am terrified of losing a tube if ectopic.

I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share their experience or any insight. Thank you ❤️

Help! Possible chemical or ectopic. 15/16 DPO to 17/18 DPO

Y'all are probably so sick of me. I'm so sorry for spamming the sub.

I'm 29, first pregnancy. The above tests are roughly 48 hours apart at 15/16 DPO and then 17/18 DPO (uncertain of exact date, but my LH surge was on the 5th).

I started getting very light spotting today with no pain so far. My period is roughly 3 days late. My cycles are 32-33 days long. I called my doctor and spoke to the triage nurse and explained the situation and expressed my worries, and am currently waiting to hear back to see if they'd like me to come in.

At this point, I am really just hoping it all turns out OK and worst case, this is a chemical. But apparently it is also extremely rare to actually die from an ectopic thanks to modern medicine, so that is also reassuring.

What sucks is that even if this is an early loss, I am still getting symptoms. I have loss of appetite/food aversion, frequent urination, headaches, and fatigue.

In the mean time, I wanted to ask y'all again.

Thanks and sorry ❤️

Please help - testing is all I can think about :(

So, I found out on Saturday I was pregnant, using a FRER. I only took the test because I did not feel pregnant at all and was convinced I wasn't, so I was like, "Let me just take this test so I can move onto the next cycle." And ofc, it had to be positive.

I think I was 11/12 DPO, but I was only tracking with LH strips and not BBT, so not 100% sure.

I am 29 and this is my first pregnancy. I was incredibly lucky and blessed and I got pregnant only 7 weeks after having my Paragaurd IUD removed.

If not for Reddit, I wouldn't know what a chemical pregnancy was. But now I am terrified I am having one, or worse, an ectopic. Today I am 13/14 DPO and I cannot stop googling what a test should look like for a viable pregnancy at this point, because my tests are still quite faint and I honestly don't see any progression between my first test and today's.

Yesterday morning, I was testing negative on the ClearBlue early digital, but this morning i did. So, there is at least that.

It's all I can think about, to the point where I can't even sleep.

I haven't had any other signs of a chemical. Knock on wood, no bleeding or cramping.

Anyways... I guess I am looking for advice, or maybe stories of successful pregnancies from faint positives at this point. I really appreciate any input I can get.

Passed the digital threshold. Still shook. 13-14 DPO

Still feels so surreal ❤️ first pregnancy, I got my IUD removed at the end of May. Still kinda worried about a chemical but excited for now 😭

Potential chemical? 12 or 13 DPO

I feel like these are pretty light tests for 12/13 DPO 🥲 Should I just expect a chemical? This is my first pregnancy.

9 DPO thoughts??

I know it's probably way too early, but i couldn't resist!! I swear I see a smidge, but i have terrible line eyes. Does anyone see anything?

Premom says T/C ratio of this is .57 but it looks darker to me? [CD 17 of probably 30-33]

Curious what others think. Will keep testing regardless!

Also getting big time ovulation pain. I wish that right ovary would drop the freakin' egg already, because it hurts so GD bad lol

Wayyy less severe cramps post removal

Hi y'all.

I got my IUD removed 5/26 after having it in for ~ 5 ish years. Only got it out because my husband and I are ready for kids.

But anyway, I am due for my period around Father's Day. Barring pregnancy, which I guess isn't completely ruled out yet, but I'd be shocked if it happened that soon.

Usually by this time in my cycle, I am cramping pretty bad and throwing the ibuprofen back like crazy. It is usually my first symptom, popping up even up to a week before my period. I get that first punch in the gut and my brain is like, *it's timmmmeeee!!!* a la Mariah Carey before Christmas.

I have not had that at all this cycle. I have been pretty much pain free. It's awesome. Fingers crossed that keeps up. My first symptoms of PMS have been hormonal acne (also normal for me) and just being emotional (also normal).

The cramps were getting to the point where I was considering endo or PCOS!

Anyway, just thought I'd share in case anyone else gets wild PMS cramps with the copper IUD.

Post-partum tubal ligation?

My husband (29F and 30M) and I are currently trying for a baby. We were on the fence about kids for a long time, but in our late 20s, we decided we want to be parents and that we are ready.

However, one thing we have always been certain about is that we are one and done. I've heard that you can get a tubal ligation pretty easily regardless of how you deliver - Cesarean or vaginal delivery. I'm giving serious thought to it.

Has anyone gotten this done, and what was your experience?

Mine and my husband's name options

For reference, we are a multi-cultural caucasion and Latino family.

I really fancy the idea of a simple, almost common-ish name.

Girl:

Liliana (this is honestly our top choice)

Eliana

Grabrielle/Gabriella

Marisol

Viviana

Camila

Sienna

Middle name would be Christine (after my grandmother)

Boy:

Andre

Mateo (top choice for boy)

Leo

Felix

Santos

Middle name would be José (every man on my husband's side has this first name and I don't really want to continue the tradition, but I am willing to compromise on middle name).

Some random skin care/body care/hair care/etc empties

Cerave body lotion - my favorite body cream for my dry skin! Will always repurchase. Great for healing tattoos, too.

O'Keefe's Working Hands hand cream - A favorite hand cream, will always repurchase this as well! I have two big bottles; one for my home office and one for at my actual office.

Briogeo Superfoods Moisture Mask - This is my third or fourth. I have thermally reconditioned (in other words, a japanese hair straightening treatment) hair and I use a curling iron twice a week (with heat protection!). This is pretty decent at rehydrating my extremely dry hair, but I may try to find something a little thicker and more moisturizing.

Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate Leave-in: Another forever repurchase and an absolute god send for my aforementioned dry as the Sahara hair. Despite everything my hair has been through, my hairstylist always comments how healthy my hair still is and I am convinced this plays a big role.

Skin 1004 Cleansing Oil: Another forever repurchase. I am already almost half way through the next bottle and have a backup in my cabinet. I go through it super fast because I use it to not just remove makeup and sunscreen, but to remove deodorant buildup, too. It removes everything and is so effective, but also non-irritating to skin or eyes. Has a really thin and slippery formula, too.

Byoma Phyto Mucin Glow Serum: Yet another favorite and forever repurchase. Just a big, glowy, plumping glass of water for your skin. Great under makeup. Doesn't irritate my sensitive skin. I developed an allergy to snail mucin and this is a perfect substitute.

Skinfix Peptide Cream: Hate how much I love this due to the price tag. Hope I can find it at TJ Maxx or something on discount. Super moisturizing and occlusive. Comforting and thiccc. But also somehow cosmetically elegant as well??? I can wear it in the day time as well as at night over differin or tret. Packaging feels luxurious, too.

Therabreath Fresh Breath Oral Rinse: Yet another forever repurchase. Although I can't use this daily or it dries out my mouth and throat too much, I do use it maybe 3x a week to maintain fresh breath, or as per needed to kill garlic/onion breath. It really does work, and it doesn't burn.
