Hello beautiful people! I have question about suspended driver license. My bestfriend suspended her driver license due of losing her job and not able to pay her court fees. I was trying to help her but we found out today that is already suspended and she is not able to pay online.

Last year she got pulled over, over DUI not sure what else. But I was helping her driving her around when she has to go to court and settle and promise to pay online it was 1100 but able to pay 500 on the court and promise to make payments online. But she lost her job. She didn’t tell me till last minute that she missed the payments. She owe $450 and I wanted to lend her the $450 and pay. But I wanted to be there to see that she actually pay for it.

Any idea where we should go??

Hello I have a question. I just paid off my eviction and how soon it will reflect to my credit report? Is it hard to get an apartment again because I have eviction already on my report?

After dropping off my daughter at school and driving going back to work I didn’t pay attention with my speed limit since the route I took i was not familiar with. After few weeks I received a letter from DMV I think( not sure) coz my apartment is a messed after moving out. But I open the letter is a link saying if it was me on the video. To appeal or pay the fine. This happened 2 months after I did the speeding. Also this is my first time I violated. Now I cannot find how to pay or check that ticket since i lost that mail.

What should i do? I was thinking going to the court and ask for a clerk?

Is capital one really has 2 days early direct deposit? Because I always recieved my check every Friday. But when I used my old bank it’s always Wednesday. I wanted to start building credit to capital one. But Friday paycheck fall Me behind bills. I am not making enough money unlike most people here. I just live paycheck to paycheck. So it’s a big deal for me.

Hello beautiful people, I wanna ask how do I know if I have evictions record? So last few weeks I posted here that I might lost my apartment and yes I did but before I got eviction from court and the lady from the office told me if I leave this day instead of getting eviction on my record they will go to collection instead.

If I don’t have record from eviction how soon I can apply for new apartment?

If I do how long do I wait to apply?

I came up with $500 yesterday the office gives me till Friday to pay off the rest before the new rent is up. My paycheck where my bank account closed told me I should get this Friday or first week of June. So guaranteed I got my whole check and my paycheck next week.

Family of 3 just recently evicted because of my bank closed my account. So we got evicted. We are looking for month to month place to rent. Till I paid off my balance from my old apartment.

Is there anyplace around Tempe or Mesa apartment will accepts eviction or place to rent month to month?

Today is my last day to pay my rent. I shouldn’t have to go through all of this if my bank account didn’t closed lastweek. I can provide all the papers to verify my paycheck and work.

I know the feeling na walang wala ka. Kaya everytime someone ask for help if I can help I always extend my hand. I even loaned someone for 600k yes 600k kasi I was scared and worried for her and her family losing their home.

Then now it’s my turn I need help no one there for me!! Sad reality. You really learned your lesson in a hard way!!

I already late and work with my landlord I’ve been with my apartment for 3 years this year. I promise to pay my rent on the 20th. But on the 20th after I received the notification from SoFi that I got paid 3 minutes I found out they closed my account and am doomed. I called SoFi got mad, they told me they closed my account for some policy restrictions I have no clue since I used SoFi for rent and subscriptions only. They told me once they fully closed the account they will send a check from my balance all my money was there. I got accident 3 weeks ago school bus hit me and missed days at work. Some money towards rent I need to used because after the accident when I was ready to leave my car won’t start need someone to pay to help me since I don’t have anyone here (Az) that’s where I ask the landlord I will pay on the 20th. They give me until 05/26/2026 which is today if I don’t pay today I need to leave the unit so instead of eviction it will only go to collection.

SoFi told me I should received the check first week of June!! I am still hoping I get the check today. I don’t know what else to do specially I have a daughter.

Plan ko dalhin anak ko na American sa pinas to live maybe for good who knows. She’s 11 only child and at ako single mom. Hindi ba mahirap mag adjust kami? I ask her kung saan nya gusto private school or public school she choose public. I don’t have a lot $ but I think it’s good enough to start mini grocery store and 10 unites of apartments. I wanted to live a simple life at kung saan ma experience ng anaku ko maging bata na makipag laro sa mga kapitbahay at mga pinsan nya. D2 kasi she has trouble making friends at na bubully din.

Anyone may same experience left the foreign country to go back where you came from?

39F 1 daughter 11 years old and single. I went from domestic violence, become a homeless lost my job. No car and live few month in a home shelter. My daughter who was 2 years old that time go through a lot from living friends to friends. To the point I became a housemaid just to have roof on our heads and foods to eat. That time I don’t want to do anything I just depressed and blame myself and my choices in life. I tried to commit suicide because that time that’s the easy way to end everything. But my daughter always there to check on me why am still in the bathroom and she wanted to come inside. It’s almost 3 years before I finally made it to changed my life it’s not one click and am okay it’s a process I didn’t went o therapy I just prioritize my daughter I said to my self if I hate myself and I don’t wanna live just do it for your child then once she’s okay I can do whatever I want to do with my life after. I don’t drink nor smoke I don’t date anyone. I start working while we still in the shelter I work 1 full time and a part time. 2 months I bought my first used car just to avoid taking bus to work.after 5 months living in a home shelter one of the momma there we decided to get an apartment together where she has 1 daughter aswell we live together for 9 months she then return to Puerto Rico. I continued the leased then move to AZ. Where my sister best friend live and we stay with her and her family for another 4 months then gets my own apartment. Now am more stable I have a decent work I have my own car my daughter goes to school and am still remain single. My ex gives me a traumatic experience. It’s hard to get out from depression but I always finds one reason to get up and changed if I can’t do it for myself atleast for my daughter. I am happier now than before.

I am Filipino citizen but I acquired American citizenship 15 years ago. wondering how long the process to apply for dual citizenship is it easy to apply here in states or better sa pinas?
