It’s the white smudge right in the center, I use this iPad for digital painting, 3d sculpting and reference images so I am really bummed out since it’s so large to the point I simply cannot ignore it. Been more than 2 years too so no more warranty.

Had to make some minor adjustments, kinda crazy how juicy it turned out to be, went to food heaven when paired with the pickled cucumbers which I also learnt to make from YouTube recently

Decent lunch, my fried rice game is getting better

Copied a quick recipe for the dumpling sauce too (I used Ponzu soysauce, vinegar and maple syrup)

Also tried making the dumpling sauce with what I have (ponzu soysauce, vinegar, a dash of maple syrup)

Pretty satisfying lunch I would say

Been trying to knock off making Takoyakis off my cooking bucket list, got the equipment lying in my closet for years procastinating about it

No octopus though so i used corn and mushrooms instead. Also no Worchester or Takoyaki sauce so I used bbq instead

Some are a tad charred but feels good man

This was supposed to be a prawn rice burger paired with the Japanese style croquette, made the patties and croquette myself by following videos online. Also tried air frying the leftover potato skin, they taste like soul less French fries but I guess that kinda made sense.

The rice patties fell apart like my life did oh well, shit taste amazing though

I have this ziplock bag of wet "dried" spagnum moss which I forgot on a shelf for around 6 months. I have no idea what the green growth is, not sure what to do with it now, chucked them back into the bag after taking photos.
