Hands down to DC
All I can say is that it was so organized. Everyone was polite and kind.

I've been manifesting somebody and other things lately. This is what I have been seeing.
Does this mean something good? I'm a little excited.
How did you manage to manifest you wanted? Any tips?
Words of encouragement
Hi everyone. Lately, I've been feeling pretty down, and I think I just need someone to talk to.
For the longest time, I haven't really had anyone I could openly talk to about my inner feelings. My dad has been gone since COVID, so today I'm reaching out to my internet parents—moms and dads—for a little advice, encouragement, or even just some kind words.
I've been feeling anxious about the upcoming school year. Last year, I made some mistakes at work that I deeply regret, and I've been carrying those feelings with me. Now that school is about to start again, I'm worried about whether I'll be able to keep my job.
I know that if things don't work out, I may have opportunities to find another position in another district. But honestly, that doesn't make the fear and disappointment go away. A part of me feels like I failed, even though I've tried my best to fix things, learn from my mistakes, and make things work.
I know I'm probably being harder on myself than I should be, but sometimes you just need someone to remind you that you're going to be okay.
So, internet moms and dads, do you have any advice on how to move forward, rebuild trust at work, and keep going when you feel like you've messed up?
Or maybe I just need a little boost today. ❤️
Tell me what you would say to your daughter if she were sitting beside you feeling this way.
I could really use some encouragement right now. 🥹❤️
Ps: I work at an elementary school. School is starting next week.
Everywhere you'd go, Maryland is always with you.
We went to a night market in Kuala Lumpur. This is our first thought of home. 🤭

Pt 2 - Off Leash Dogs in my Apartment complex
These two dogs are off leash in our apartment. I understand that the is letting his dogs free roaming around. But it's an apartment complex. A lot of things can happen. Luckily our dog is inside.
My husband also witnessed the pit bull being caged up when we first moved in.
Have you had an experience reporting to the animal services? If so, did they at least try to investigate and do something about it?
I feel like it's only a matter of time before anything happens. Today the office is closed. Perhaps tomorrow I can give them a call.

Seeking advice: possible animal neglect
Good morning, y'all. I have a concern and was hoping for some advice.
I live in a dog-friendly apartment complex, and one of my neighbors keeps a pit bull caged on their porch. With temperatures reaching around 103°F lately, I'm really worried about the dog's well-being. It's heartbreaking to see. But we're also new to the apartment.
Does anyone know if there's a way to report this while remaining anonymous? I would really appreciate any guidance. Thank you.
Update: Unfortunately my husband checked the place. They either moved or took in the pup inside the house. We could no longer hear it.
What does 7 mean in everything!
I'm seeing number 7 in everything I own. Funnily I'm noticing some patterns in my life now. I notice that my license plate has a 7 in it. My phone number has a 7. Most numbers that is in my possession has 7 in it. Lately I have been noticing them more frequently.
Can you help me what it means? What the universe is trying to tell me?
I'm hoping to understand what it is telling me. Thank you in advance.

Looking for advice: My rear dash cam keeps falling from the windshield
It wouldn't stick for so long. I wonder what's the best way to keep it at that. It never sticks for long enough. We tried the gorilla mount tape = doesn't work or even the original viofo mount tape or the ones you get from Walmart just doesn't work.
I'm at my wit's end. It's only a matter of time before an accident occurs then I can't use my dashcam.
Japan tourist visa question
How much money do they want to see in your bank statement if you want a multiple entry visa?
Suppose I want to stay in Japan for only 4 days and I have USD 5k in my account. Will that be enough?
Thanks for answering my question.
Coffee shops with a nice view
Do you know of any places that are chill and have a nice view? I’d love to take my friend out for coffee somewhere relaxing and scenic.

Warped Tour Parking Options Near Metro stations
I just realized I'll be taking the Metro and leaving my car at a station. Which station would be the safest place to park if I'm traveling to and from the RFK Campus?
My original plan was to leave my car at my relative's house, but they live quite far from the Suitland station, so I'd end up having to drive back anyway.
(Hope mods will allow my post to live a bit)
I'd appreciate any recommendations for Metro stations with safe and reliable parking. Thanks in advance!
