Welt and MBlade core for The Herta?
MBlade V3 is out and he survived. With 2 Nihility units in the team he buffs Ultimate DMG by 75%: Herta's ult hits hard even if it's not her main damage source.
The comp would be Herta + Erudition + Welt + MBlade. Sustainless, since MBlade absorbs a lot of damage and Welt delays enemy actions. You get 70% DEF Shred from Welt and MBlade combined, plus vulnerability and other bonuses — all different multipliers, which is what Herta wants and part of why Tribbie is such a good teammate for her.
The other reason is that Tribbie attacks frequently and charges Herta's ult the same way Herta does herself, which is innate synergy. MBlade also benefits from frequent attacks, so Tribbie fits here naturally as well instead of Welt.
The only issue here is SP usage and the absence of Tribbie's frequent off-turn attacks in the Welt route.
What do you think about this? I see no one talking about MBlade with Herta despite being a super powerful universal support.

Cerydra's Link Rope in Anaxa's BiS team - Atk% or Energy Regen?
My Cerydra is on Sacerdos and Lushaka sets. I'm using the event lightcone and my substats are not enough to push to 4000 ATK in combat while using an Energy Rope.
Is switching to an Atk% rope better in this case? My team is Anaxa-Cerydra-Cyrene-DHPT/RMC. I plan to go E2 Cyrene as well

My Archer seems to underperform lately. Sparkle is on full Sacerdos + Lushaka, RMC is on a random relic set + Broken Keel, Fu Xuan is on full Guard of Wuthering Snow + Lushaka, though I can switch to 2pc/2pc to hit 160 SPD with SPD boots.
First obvious issue: I'm overcapping Crit Rate in this team, so my relics are doing less than they should.
I feel like there's a deeper problem though. Fu Xuan is my only sustain outside of DHPT, who is kept hostage by my Anaxa + Cyrene team. He clearly performs better there, but even in this team he doesn't seem to pull his weight enough in endgame modes.
The unit I'm struggling most with is RMC. I pay attention to her rotations and Mem's charge but she feels unreliable — could be a build issue?
Also wondering about Sparkle. I don't have a single copy of DDD so I never considered Eagle set on her, but maybe that's the move? That 50% Action Advance feels wasted sometimes.
Is there anything I can do to improve my Archer team outside of his own relic improvements? Are my supports built well, and who would be good replacements?
