Avoid RKL Hill Top area right now! Goons are harassing and looting students and visitors.

Hey everyone,
I wanted to put out a serious warning for anyone living in or visiting Rourkela, specifically those planning to head up to the Hill Top area.
Over the last few days, a group of local goons has been camping out around the area, actively targeting people who go there to hang out. They are specifically going after college students, young groups, and couples. They aren't just harassing people—they are actively threatening violence and robbing them.
Here is what is currently happening up there:
Intimidation & Threats: They are cornering isolated groups, blocking their vehicles, and threatening them with physical violence if they try to leave or fight back.
Looting Valuables: They are forcefully taking watches, jewelry, and whatever cash people have on them.
Smartphone: Worst of all, they are snatching smartphones. In some cases.
The Hill Top used to be a peaceful spot to catch a nice view and relax, but right now, it is a massive safety hazard.
If you are a student or just looking for a place to chill or take photos, PLEASE avoid this area completely. It is simply not worth the risk until the police clear these guys out.
We need to tag the Rourkela Police on X (Twitter) to bring this to their immediate attention before someone gets seriously injured.
